La Drive Unit PW marchiata Yamaha è un motore con sensore di coppia da 250 W, alimentato a 36 V, di impostazione spiccatamente sportiva. CARBON FIBERS USED IN SETTEGUADI La tipologia di carbonio utilizzato per le Setteguadi è Toray, ovvero il massimo della qualità presente sul mercato mondiale.

Diversi strati di vari moduli di fibra di carbonio vengono utilizzati in specifiche aree di ogni telaio al fine di ottenere la rigidità, il peso e la durata desiderate.

We use multiple layers of varying modulus carbon fiber in specific areas of each frame size in order to achieve the desired stiffness, weight and durability.

There are no tubes as such, just hollow carbon shapes that handle all the loads. The Monocoque construction method is the best method for working with man-made composite materials. ALUMINUM USED IN THE TEAM BIKES La lega di alluminio usato nella nostra gamma Team è la serie 6000. Questa lega è principalmente composta da Alluminio, Magnesio, Silicio, con presenza di Rame, Cromo per migliorare i rischi di corrosione.

La lega 6000 è molto formabile; riusciamo infatti ad ottenere dei profili dei tubi molto particolari grazie ad un processo di idroformatura. Dopo il processo di saldatura, per ripristinare le caratteristiche meccaniche originarie della lega, viene fatto un trattamento termico di normalizzazione; si tratta di un processo di riscaldamento e di raffreddamento a temperature e tempistiche controllate.

The aluminum alloy used in our range is the Team series 6000. This alloy is mainly composed of aluminum, magnesium, silicon, a little bit of copper and chromium to improve eventual risks of corrosion.

The alloy 6000 is very formable; in fact we can obtain the profiles of the tubes very particular thanks to a hydroforming process. After the welding process there is a normalizing heat treatment in order to restore the original mechanical characteristics of the alloy; it is a process of heating and cooling at controlled temperature and timing.

TEAM FRAME Per aumentare la rigidezza e diminuire il peso del telaio siamo intervenuti sullo spessore e sul diametro delle tubazioni. Difatti raddoppiando la sezione del tubo in alluminio, la rigidità aumenta del suo cubo.

In pratica, aumentando la sezione dei tubi e diversificando gli spessori è stato possibile costruire telai con una rigidità molto alta e con un peso diminuito del 30% rispetto ad un telaio tradizionale.

To increase the stiffness and reduce the weight of the frame we worked on the thickness and diameter of the pipes. In details, by increasing the pipe section and diversifying its thickness it has been possible to build frames with a very high rigidity and a weight decreased by the 30% compared to a traditional frame.

Bici devote al turismo, molto versatili con una certa capacità di carico, sono anche un buon compromesso per gli spostamenti urbani. È nata per affrontare lunghi tragitti, in condizioni di terreno molto diverse: affidabilità e robustezza ne sono infatti caratteristiche principali. La linea AZIMUT si distingue inoltre per la scelta accurata dei componenti: tutte equipaggiate con freni a disco, con forcella ammortizzata per chi predilige i sentieri più sconnessi, e con forcelle rigide per chi ama le strade con terreni più dolci.

Le geometrie dei telai sono state studiate per offrire al ciclista che ama rimanere molte ore in sella un assetto di guida molto confortevole e nello stesso tempo facile da guidare se si dovessero affrontare dei sentieri ripidi e con curve strette dove il controllo del mezzo diventa fondamentale.

Le ruote sono da 28”con coperture adatte per essere utilizzate soprattutto su asfalto, ma non disdegnano strade sterrate e sentieri di campagna.

LA SICUREZZA DI UNA GIUSTA SCELTA L’Azienda Carraro offre una garanzia sui telai per due anni dalla data di acquisto, ed ha la facoltà di sostituire o riparare qualsiasi telaio ritenuto difettoso.

La garanzia non è estendibile a danni o difetti provocati da modifiche, negligenze, incidenti.

Le spese di manodopera e di trasporto relative alla sostituzione del telaio non sono coperta da garanzia.

Non sono coperte da garanzia tutte le parti meccaniche i componenti per le quali vale la garanzia dei rispettivi fabbricanti.

La Carraro si riserva il diritto di apportare modifiche o migliorie senza alcun preavviso.

THE SECURITY OF MAKING THE RIGHT CHOICE The Carraro Company offers a two years warranty on the frame from the date of purchase and has the right to replace or repair any frame considered defective.

The guarantee does not cover any damage or defects caused by changes, negligence or accidents.

The cost of labor and transport for replacement of the frame are not covered by warranty.

It is not covered by the guarantee all mechanical parts for which is the guarantee of their respective manufacturers Carraro reserves the right to make changes or improvements without any prior notice.

LA SECURITÉ D’UNE JUSTE CHOIX La societé Carraro offre une garantie sur les cadres pour deux ans à compter de la date d’achat, et a le droit de remplacer ou de réparer tout trame défectueux considéré.

La garantie ne couvre pas les dommages ou les défauts causés par des modifications, la négligence, les accidents.

Le coût de la main-d’œuvre et de transport pour le remplacement du châssis ne sont pas couverts par la garantie.

Ne sont pas couverts par la garantie toutes les parties mécaniques qui est la garantie de leurs fabricants respectifs.
