Hi MTKC! Are you excited for holiday season? I know I am! I hop guys are as excited for the break because I am super tired from scho last month we were able to attend Flags, which was super fun. Althoug stick, I am super proud of you guys putting in the effort; I hope you enj season, we will be advertising DCO conference for the new LTG, so go
Speaking of DCON, I will elaborate a little on this event so that you guys can start thinking about if you want to attend! So DCON is a 3-day overnight trip in which Key Clubs from California, Nevada, and Hawaii meet up to celebrate the years’ accomplishments through awards, share knowledge through educational workshops, and finally build connections with peers. I have attended this event since my freshman year and every year it just gets better. It is a super great way to get involved in Key Club, but also with the community around you. This year it will be in Ontario, California, which may be a little pricey, however we are working very hard to lower this cost. Anyways, I highly recommend you guys to check it out and fill out the form if you have even the slightest bit of interest. If you have any questions or concerns about anything Key Club, please feel free to reach out to me! Thank you!

The Autumn Food & Craft was super fun! It had been a very long time since I went to a service event and i'm really glad i went! There were so many vendors that were selling so many cute things that I wanted to buy everything . The event had ALOT of volunteers which meant that most of the time we didn't have to do too much but it was still a super fun event! They had many different types of foods and they all smelled super yummy that it made the food very tempting . During the service event, Mak and Grille made us some super duper delicious sliders that I was super thankful for, thank you @mak and grille!!! After the service event wrapped up, my friends and I went to the Shibainc Fundraiser, which I must say was DEFINITELY worth it. It was my first time trying Shibainc, and it did not disappoint!

November DCM - Nov. 17

The November DCM was a super fun and relaxing event with lots of activities such as cookie decorating and service. I liked how we were able to do a fun activity while giving back to the community as the cookies were donated afterwards. At the DCM, I was able to complete a lot of community service while also having fun with my friends. I liked how there were cookies and desserts sold as well if you did not want to decorate cookies. Though it was a little cold, I enjoyed the picnic style of this event because it gave members a chance to unwind, especially because I was stressed. As usual, Chigo made many announcements and even gave a chance for DLT to help plan, which was something new and interesting as I was one of the chairs. Overall, the event went super well and I saw a lot of new faces who look like they had lots of fun as well.
