Vice President's Note

HEY MTKC!

It is officially spring, and I ho had a great Term 3 and finals! As our final term of the school year a moving towards a new Key Club b guys were able to meet your goa academic. This year was full of ma hardships, so I am super proud of pushing through!

Within the upcoming month, one of Key Club’s biggest events is going to take place, which is District Convention 2025 (DCON)! I hope all of our attendees are super excited to attend this unique and educational event, meet new people from across California, Nevada, and Hawaii, and celebrate all of our achievements from the Key Club term! Hopefully after this event, which is held in Ontario this year, more members will join Key Club and attend DCON next year! I also wanted to congratulate our incoming officers for the 2025-2026 term because they have worked very hard through the election/training process! I know they all will serve this club with their true dedication and the club will be in good hands! Anyways, that is it from me! As always, if you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to message me! Thank you.

Past Events

Martinis & Merriment

The martinis and merriment was a happy occasion of community and service. Our key club members help to serve their enjoyment. I helped out at a stall where we served crackers and artichoke dip to help promote a scholarship where women could get a grant to help fund their education and to help their families. I had a lot of joy making those small cups of crackers and dip though I payed for it with next day back pain and sore feet, but I really enjoyed serving this event because the people were nice, it had a nice atmosphere, and I helped serve my senior citizens ❤ (and they also fed us good food after)

BE Re-Elections

Though there were some complications with the first Bulletin Editor election, having the BE reelection was super fulfilling because it showed that MTKC was able to pick things back up even with a few mistakes. Overall, this re-election showed that club members have the knowledge to be able to select their future Bulletin Editor and that they care a lot for the future of the club. Also seeing the members converse with each other and explaining their thought process on what their thoughts were on the candidate was nice to. Overall this BE election was needed and I'm really glad that it was successful
