[1.2. FOR] • To work with a multidisciplinary team of professionals who firmly believe that the main focus is the person, fundamental key to achieving success through wellstructured work, with a successful result being shared by everybody.
• For support of international development, offering quality results, and value propositions own unique identity, which meet the specific expectations of each of our clients. • To stress the individuality of each project and attention to detail of a work system designed for, by, and with the client, which establishes an ongoing dialogue through proposed solutions, systems and decisions in a consensual manner. • To integrate as a value to all our actions, with the use of renewable materials, encouraging the use of recycled products, as well as the recovery of these materials.
[1.3. HOW] • By integrating architects, engineers, landscape architects, sociologists, designers in a system which is continuously reviewed and with more than 20 8 years experience •
• Applying continuous improvement processes that seek to eliminate, simplify and yet integrating work systems. Optimizing resources, schedules and results along with the client. • Monitoring work processes and results, discussing the tools and suggesting any improvements that both enhance the product and cost. • Introducing simulation systems that improve the results, specifically in the area of energy and sustainable resources. • Finally, to make sure that all expectations are fulfilled and successful, it is necessary to work as a team with the local practices. We encourage the use of scholarships and training of local practices and staff in our offices in Spain, through grants with local public entities.
[1.4. WHY] • Because the built projects and awards obtained through the past 20 years support and guarantees the implementation of the projects and its objectives.
• Because for over 20 years we have been working optimizing results. • Because together with the technical capability there is a constant interest in developing R&D processes linked to the fields of teaching and research. Participating in various forums and associations: • ASA: Sustainability Architecture Association

[2. SUSTAINABLE PHILOSOPHY] Sustainability in architecture is not a new concept. Always the best vernacular architecture has been sustainable, and it has taught us how to protect the environment where we live in. What it is new in architecture now, is a global feeling that we should be more responsible with our planet. The sustainability has been always one of the main values, and we have been working on it for the last 15 years. Sustainability includes many different concepts, and it is not only a technical problem, but also a social issue.

MTM sustainable philosophy focus mainly on the follows points:
The materials will be selected carefully in order to reduce the
We deeply study the local and vernacular culture. It can teach us how to place and how to read the environment.
recycled and recyclable materials.
We use the new technologies to encourage the traditional relation with the environment. One of the most important points to save energy is the isolation of the building, and for that, the construction details become so important. We propose many different systems that we have already experimented and tested, to reduce the energy consumption.

energy consumption. We will try to use as much as we can
Every project made by MTM is a completely new project. We do not export or copy any MTM projects; it is against MTM philosophy. To be sustainable we have to adapt to the local conditions, like enviroment, culture, economic requirements,…
