Mestika National Tourism Complex (2017)
Proposed tourist complex alongside the lake in Precint 2, Putrajaya, Malaysia with double-fronting design; it is an urban renewal by centralising tourism activity and facilities in one complex. The design was derived from Malaysian cultures and Malaysian rainforest then enveloped with 3-dimensional songket pattern to represent the unity of multicultural in Malaysia.
Floter Paradeisos Residence (2016)
Proposed 8-storey residential on a podium equiped with central therapeutic garden at podium level and diffferent types of herbs garden on every floor. This comes from the idea the building can act as a caregiver to its residents; the consensus is that building takes on a live role in passively affecting its residents mental, physical and emotional health.
New Age Musician’s Gallery and Residence (2015)
Proposed gallery and residence for New Age music artist in Subang Jaya, Selangor. The design focusing on creating calm and relax enviroment as the New Age music genre is intended to promote serenity and calmness. Main performance area and gallery was located below ground level surrounded by flowing water creating the most beautiful experience at the building escaping from the noise and surrounding disturbances.
