Our 5,000 square foot fitness centre has dedicated areas for cardio, core and strength training. Test endurance with Technogym equipment, complete with screens for integrated programing and full streaming capabilities.

Build core strength with rowing machines, stability balls and battle ropes. Take a class, meet one-on-one with a personal trainer, or practice on your own in the 10-bike spin room and yoga studio. Strength training equipment includes full sets of weights and kettlebells in addition to a complete circuit of weight machines.

Fitness classes range from an energy-boosting spin class with premium playlists and endurance testing combos to a mindful yoga class. Classes are tailored for every level and ability.

Take a reviving dip in our vitality spa pool or cold plunge pool. Indulge in a selection of spa experiences, including a halotherapy salt room, infrared sauna and granite-lined eucalyptus steam room. Relax in our soothing light-filled space with comfortable lounge seating, plush towels and cold refreshments.

With its immediate waterfront location and unprecedented ocean access, Muir offers outdoor wellness amenities, including kayaks, paddleboards and bicycles, as well as yacht and motorboat excursions. The Front Desk team will be pleased to suggest a waterfront route for your morning run or assist with arrangements for all excursions and activities.

You are never far from the ocean in Nova Scotia, and the ever-present benefits of Maritime salt air are imparted in our Dry Halotherapy Salt Room. The tranquil room is lined with Himalayan salt blocks and has air infused with Atlantic salt via a Halogenator.
