Health & Fitness Center INDOOR POOL Looking to swim laps, water walk or take our water fitness classes? Our heated indoor pool is another benefit to help you meet your fitness goals. Fitness Members have unlimited use of the indoor pool.

Please note: You must be 16 or older to swim at the indoor pool when there is not a lifeguard on duty.

GROUP EXERCISE Whether you’re interested in losing weight, toning, adding muscle, or increasing energy, we have programs to help you reach your goals. Simply select any combination to suit your needs. Pick up a schedule at the Customer Service Desk or visit mundeleinparks.org. Fitness Members can take unlimited group exercise classes.

FITNESS FLOOR Everything you need to build strength and endurance can be found on our spacious fitness floor. We have up–to–date equipment including Life Fitness®, Cybex® and Precor®. Our large windows bring natural light and picturesque views.

Fitness Members have unlimited use of the fitness center.

GYMNASIUM Our gymnasium floor is ideal for basketball, volleyball and pickleball. Join a pick up game or shoot some hoops to get your blood pumping. Fitness Members have unlimited use of open gym.

INDOOR TRACK Don’t let a rainy day slow you down. Get your steps in at our indoor track! It is a safe and comfortable alternative to walking outdoors during our icy cold and snowy Chicagoland winters and hot and humid summers. Fitness Members have unlimited use of the indoor track.

MEMBERSHIP DETAILS

REFERRAL BENEFIT

• All members must be at least 12 years of age. Ages 12–13 require an adult 18+ present to use the fitness center.

Annual members receive a free month when you refer a friend. Referred member must be a new member (have not had a membership for at least 12 months) and live in a different household with a separate permanent address.

• We offer convenient auto–draft through credit or debit cards.

• Membership holds are available for up to 90 consecutive days, one time annually. A $15 processing fee applies to each household.
