This course is designed for: • Managers, supervisors, officers and staff experienced in strategy, planning, change and projects. • Internal or external change facilitators, project in charge or project team members interested in a career in change management or providing meaningful change management support on projects.
Course Methodology You will work in teams on practical case studies to gain detailed hands-on experience using the tools and techniques discussed throughout the course. You will test various ideas to establish what works for you. Update yourself with the latest trends and best practice developments.
Case Studies This highly practical course includes case studies designed around best-practice companies based in the United States and Middle East.
Assessment And Certification After completing all learning modules, there will be a series of straight-forward multiple-choice quizzes based upon the content covered during the course. There will also be short break-out sessions where you will work on assignments and these may involve short follow up presentations. A cumulative pass-mark of 50%, in addition to a perfect attendance record, is required to be awarded the Professional Development Diploma from ICM. Should you wish not to take up the test, you will receive a Certificate of Completion from BTI based on your full attendance of the course.
