BROTHERS AWARDED HOMETOWN HEROES Brothers Ryan Dane and Taylor Behrens were honored as two of Flower Mound’s Hometown Heroes. The brother’s Hometown Hero banners were displayed in Flower Mound for months prior to Senior Staff Sgt. LISD CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER ANNOUNCES RETIREMENT Lewisville ISD Chief Financial Officer, Mark Youngs, announced that he will be retiring from the district in December 2021. He has been with the district since 2020. He came to LISD from Keller ISD, where he served as CFO for 13 years. Lewisville ISD wishes Mark Youngs all the best in his retirement.
REFLECTIONS PTSA CONTEST The Reflections Arts Program encourages students to tap into their inner creativity and express themselves through their artwork. This year the theme of the contest is “I Will Change the World By”. Students can submit original artwork in one or more of six categories that consist of Dance Choreography, Film Production, Literature, Music Composition, Photography, and Visual Arts.
