While working toward his Ph.D. in Chemical Physics at Tulane University, co-founder Dr. Mike Hernandez discovered a passion for Chemistry in the Kitchen!® Over the years, he and his husband Manny cultivated a reputation among family and friends for their gracious hospitality and mouth-watering culinary creations. “Everyone would ask us what we used and how they could get some to use at
home. That was the driving force behind
starting the company,” Manny said. “It was nice to have real products and packaging and be able to get away from selling
dime-bags of Chain Reaction® out of the kitchen!”
“Our spices are low sodium, keto-friendly, and made with clean ingredients,” Mike said.
