e loved visiting Mad For Chicken to figure out what it is that the community has so quickly fallen in love with. I think it’s safe to say their double-fried Korean-inspired chicken wings are a big draw, but there are lots of other amazing things about Mad For Chicken you need to come enjoy.
Flower Mound resident Edward Tan owns this location and opened it because he felt like Flower Mound would be the perfect location for Mad For Chicken. And with the support he's received so far, we'd say he was right.

Mad For Chicken's menu sources inspiration from Korean cuisine so you'll find dishes infused with Korean flavors including kimchi and bulgogi. And as someone who spent some time living in Korea while I was serving in the Army, I loved getting to enjoy those flavors again.

On their Starters portion of the menu, we highly recommend the Kimchi Fries
Chicken's kimchi is a little sweeter than typical kimchi to make it a little more
“user-friendly” and the fries have a great kick to them!
If you're looking for a healthy option, their with Mad For Chicken style thanks to the drizzle of sesame oil on top.
We all know the double-fried wings are the “main attraction,” but there are so
many other entrees worth checking out
at Mad For Chicken, including the Kimchi
Fried Rice topped with a perfectly-cooked egg; the Bulgogi Cheese Sandwich; and
to smother the wings, and from what we tried, they're all delicious! And what you're looking for when you bite into one of these wings is that loud crunching sound. That's how you know it's perfectly cooked. In addition to incredible food, Mad For Chicken also has a great bar stocked with 16 beers on tap and a fantastic collection of Soju, which is Korea's signature, clear, slightly-distilled spirit. Mad For Chicken also has a couple of signature cocktails including their CLEAR Old-Fashioned. We can't wait for you to try out Mad For Chicken and see all they have to offer. When we walked in, we were pleasantly surprised by the variety on the menu and the overall vibe. It's the perfect place to bring your family, coworkers, or go on a double-date with some friends.
