eople are good at coming up with reasons why they can’t make time for exercise: I have a wife/husband/boyfriend/girlfriend who wants me to do this or that. I have kids to take care of. My job is too demanding. The excuses go on and on. And we get it—life is busy! Burroughs. When trying to fit exercise into your life on a regular basis that can be maintained, the quality of time spent exercising is more important than the quantity of time.
But what if you came to realize that the husband, wife, significant other, child,
or job actually benefits from a healthier
and more fit you? If we can show you that instead of it being selfish to work out, it’s really the opposite—selfLESS, would that make a difference?

Exercise leads people to be more productive: According to a recent study, employees who exercise for at least 30 minutes three times a week were more likely to have higher job performance. Another study showed that employees who exercise
and their children. Whether in the gym or doing activities together,
you can include your family members in your exercise. It’s good for your health, and it’s a good thing to model for your children!
See for yourself; Can you make
fitness your most important priority for one month?
To see the benefits, why don’t you try for
one month—just one month—to put fitness first in your life. Leave work on time, tell
your spouse and kids you’ll be home after your workout, and tell your friends it’s a
priority. Do whatever you need to do to make exercise your biggest priority for one month.
At the end of that time, see how much better you feel and how much more
productive you are. You’ll see that it’s
better for everyone in your life when you make fitness and working out a priority. Then, we think you’ll want to keep at it past one month.
