Open Monday to Saturday | 10am – 5pm Our February to May What’s On covers a host of exhibitions, family activities, talks and workshops. It will be your last chance to see our 40 Years, 40 Objects exhibition in the gallery as our 40th anniversary celebrations come to an end and we look forward to the Museum of Oxford’s exciting future plans. In a year which saw us work with partners such as OVADA, OCM and Oxford Playhouse, a year in which we had our own poet in residence Paul Lyalls, our friends’ group MoOFs was founded and we hosted an 800 year old statue of the Hindu deity Ganesh, the events in this What’s On follow on, producing an exciting programme.

Visit the Museum of Oxford’s interactive galleries and explore Oxford’s fascinating story in two very different spaces. Explore Oxford is the only place to learn about the city and its people!

The impressive finds at the Westgate Centre site will feature in our gallery as Oxford Archaeology install their Pop-Up Museum. Our volunteers will be whisking lucky competition winners around the Town Hall for tours (see page 8) and the young volunteers will be programming an exciting event for Museums at Night in May. We look forward to welcoming you to the Museum and our events.
