Unique Selling Proposition Like some of other Sports Administration/ Management majors Tianni is a young, hardworking, dedicated, and focused athlete. However what separates Tianni from the rest is her ability to work with so many different people. Tianni is originally from a lower class area in Queens, NY and moved to an upper middle class area in Pickerington, OH. Having resided in two opposite locations, Tianni has encountered a multitude of personalities and that gives her the ability to work with, communicate with, and relate to any crowd.

Logo The logo TK (pg 2) happens to be Tianni’s initials. Red is her favorite color. Red is an attention grabber and is very assertive. Also, red is the color of power, confidence, and love, all of which represent Tianni. Black is serious, sophisticated, and mysterious, all of which describe Tianni as well.

Benefits Trustworthy- Tianni is always going to be honest in and out of the work setting. Tianni is also dependable, you can trust she’ll get the job done no matter what. Knowledgeable- Tianni is very educated, which makes her easy to work with because she knows a lot. Also is a quick learner, you don’t have to spend much time teaching her. Also, her experiences put her a step ahead of the game. She also knows a lot of people, giving her lots of connections. Amicable- Tianni is easy to approach and talk to, which makes working with her easy and pleasurable.

Branding To advance her brand Tianni plans to: Get an internship over the summer. Start her practicum hours this semester at UC. Upon graduation, go to graduate school. Continue to volunteer with major sports events. Â

Projects University of Charleston’s Women’s Tennis Media Guide.

Created videos for projects in class. One video was created for Global Entrepreneurship Week in her Principles of Marketing class. Youtube link- GEW Video Another video was a VNR created for her sports media class. Youtube link- VNR She also created an Un-branding commercial for her Sports Marketing class. Tianni along with a partner hosted an event for the Men’s soccer game. The event got 300 plus people out to the game and got 500 plus dollars donated to the Red Card for Cancer organization.
