EXAMPLE: 150 organizations at our Summer Resource Fair each average 2 field trips per week for 10 weeks during the summer. That’s 3,000 field trips… at least 75,000 kids (at 25 per summer group). REGARDING GROUP TRAVEL: 68% of the entire database of group travel planners are outside of MN. * This number represents individuals (any age) who participate in a planner’s group activity one or more times.

Our Partners Agree… Ask Bud Johnston, President Keepers of the Sacred Tradition of Pipemakers / Nature American Culture Camp I think the MN Field Trip Library is doing a great job for our organization’s Native American Culture Camp. They show folks and educational groups what is available to see and do in the state of MN. The exposure we have been getting through the library gets us groups coming to Pipestone, and a lot more invitations to come and do talks all over the state about our tribal history!

What’s the Library all about? ADVENTURE PARTNERS is a Minneapolis-based company that specializes in providing marketing & outreach services to providers who want to effectively & consistently reach educators, group leaders and group travel planners. We work closely with MN educational, recreational, SMERF and related travel organizations and agencies including the MN Dept of Education, MN PTA, Northern Star Council Boy Scouts of America, Explore Minnesota Tourism, Tour Minnesota Association, and Twin Cities Tourism Attractions Association. Professional association affiliations include MNAEYC, MNSACA, MESPA, MISF, MNSTA, MAAP, MACHE, MCCA, MCSS, MMEA, MCEA, MKA, MLA, MMSA, MRPA, MnSWAP, MNSAA, AEM and Education Minnesota. ADVENTURE PARTNERS’ successful marketing model is designed to provide our Partners significant opportunities to engage potential buyers with quality content without the high costs of traditional marketing. We provide co-op outreach directly into select group markets using templated services effectively reducing the costs of customized marketing and advertising. We know groups and group planners - and that they don’t respond to traditional OR trendy advertising - they respond to direct, relationship-oriented outreach and marketing. And our goal is to help connect you with these planners. The MN Field Trip & Activity Library - from its beginnings in 2010 - has been a unique outreach service for attractions, performers, destinations and fundraisers who offer recreational and educational programming to a variety of schools & groups, on-site assemblies, classes, shows, performances, travel & tour opportunities, and fundraising services. The NEW LetsDoMN coming online in 2018 - will also be an outreach service for event venues & services, attractions and entertainers - a co-brand with the Field Trip & Activity Library - serving the planning needs of meeting & event producers and employee benefit coordinators in the corporate, government & association markets. The Library, beginning in 2010, has experienced impressive results in its 7 years of growth. More than 80 of Minnesota’s best providers are Partners in the MN Field Trip Library’s annual Partner Program. The Library is not a traditional consumer advertising or marketing agency. Nor are we a talent or booking agency. Our Partner Program allows you to enjoy unique group marketing services using co-op pricing in 5 distinct markets for an entire year.

We promote our Partners to 40,000+ planners who are looking for activities for their groups. As a Partner, you can choose to reach out to any of 5 unique group markets of your choice each month during the year of your Partner Program.
