Nutrition Consultations
We offer virtual or in-person consultations with a registered dietitian that include a one-hour initial evaluation and a one-hour follow-up. Your evaluation includes a nutrition assessment and individual goal-setting.

Teen Cooking Classes! CLICK HERE TO REGISTER Teens will have fun cooking and eating together! They will learn how to cook healthy meals in the branch kitchen under the direction of our resident, registered dietician. Cost includes food. Located at the

In this class, we will cook a homemade pizza and learn different knife skills to prepare the pizza toppings and a hearty side salad. Teens will also prepare made-from scratch shortcakes to enjoy with a strawberry dessert topping.

In this class we will learn how to make healthy versions of Chinese takeout! We will make spring rolls with a homemade sweet & sour sauce, veggie fried rice, and general tso's chicken.
