How to Set Up My Fitness Pal 1. Download and open the app!
2. Enter in all of your personal information as directed. Just follow their instructions – don’t worry if something doesn’t apply – we will fix it later!

4. Click on Goals
5. Click on Calorie and Macronutrient Goals
6. Time to set your GOALS! •

Set your Calories 1200 (unless another goal was set during your 1:1). Macro goals will be established each week during class, so you will adjust them as we go. Then click the back arrow.
7. Click on Additional Nutrient Goals
8. Here is where you set your goals for Fiber and Sugar – two important factors in weight loss and nutrition.
• 35g Fiber* • 25g Sugar* *These can be adjusted on a 1:1 basis depending on individual medical needs.
9. Click the back arrow until you reach the home screen. And you are DONE!
