Supafend® Dock Wheels are designed to protect and guide your boat while manoeuvring in and out of your marina berth. This product is best located on the corner or “blind spot” and many boat owners are also locating them at intervals up the length of their marina. Their capacity to protect and move with your boat is unrivalled.

The unique closed-cell PU foam formulation and injection technique was designed exclusively for Supafend by the worlds leading global PU Foam specialist corporation. This has ensured correct internal dispersion and adhesion of the foam to the PVC wheel while producing optimum cushioning. Dock Wheel hubs are made of Dupont Supertuff Zytel Nylon that will not corrode or crack and does not require bearings, bushings or any form of lubrication. They are hard-wearing and will not seize against its axle.

Single Wheel Bracket (designation Type-A) suited to most vessels up to 40 feet, it is designed and manufactured from Galvanized Steel for strength, multi-fit fixing, and anti-corrosive qualities. The PVC wheel can be removed/reinstalled easily and securely into its axle via a unique injection molded Nylon Cap. The Multi-Fit base plate with slotted bolting pattern enables it to be fixed simply to the top surface of most wooden marinas, including various “multi-layered” plank configurations. Four large galvanized coach screws are supplied with the Dock Wheel.

SUPAFEND® DOCK FENDERS Supafend® Dock Fenders are “one-piece” rotationally molded, manufactured from the same exceptionally strong UV stabilized, non-marking PVC material used in our Dock Wheel. This design incorporates eleven lugs for permanent fixing with eleven stainless steel TEK screws supplied with each fender. This product is supplied fully inflated at 1 psi and this characteristic of low inflation progressively increases internally with any roll-on or contact from your boat, providing the ultimate in marina protection - 24 hours per day! If required, they can be simply reinflated with a sportsball pump and inflation needle. New & Improved Supafend Corner Fenders are the exact matching complement to Supafend® Dock Fenders with the added benefit that they are now foam-filled for maximum protection. They are injected with the same formulation used in our Dock Wheels which was exclusively developed for Supafend® by a world-leading company specializing in closed-cell PU foam. The 37760 is a small but heavy duty fender basket that ideally suits vessels from 35 feet and under.
