Banchory Community Council has raised concern about the number of unidenti fi ed “lost” dogs being found in and around the town over the summer months and issued a gentle reminder that under the Control of Dogs Order 1992 your dog must wear a collar and tag with your name and address on it outwith your property, even if it has been micro-chipped. Amongst other things, it helps adventurous dogs get reunited quickly with their owners.
