Lumphanan Moving Pictures is seeking a volunteer Secretary to help it continue its mission. The volunteer-run community cinema offers access to varied film programmes to residents of Royal Deeside. The role of Secretary includes: • organising committee meetings & AGM • preparing meeting agendas • minuting meetings • maintaining LMP Committee FB page (uploading files/ documents for reference) • supporting Grant/ Fundraising Coordinator with administration • monitoring equality, diversity and child safe guarding policies • helping the club to achieve its goals We are a relaxed, friendly and inclusive community cinema group committed to providing access to rural film entertainment and a social hub! Estimated 2-3 hours per month. Full hand over will be given. Ongoing support available.
