The seaside town of Bristol, Rhode Island is perfectly situated halfway between Providence, Rhode Island’s thriving capital city, and the seaside city of Newport. The town is surrounded by the coastal beauty of Mt. Hope and Narragansett Bays.

Providence is a thriving cultural center less than 20 miles from the Bristol campus and easily accessible by bus (or bike path!). RWU’s University College downtown campus offers online, part-time, graduate, and certificate programs. Students love visiting Providence for fun, entertainment and also to take advantage of internships and research projects.

We prepare you to be a lifelong learner, an engaged professional, and a global citizen by ensuring you tackle projects for local organizations and communities, complete internships (locally and abroad), or conduct research with faculty.
