Making salsa has never been so fun! On this excursion, your expert local chef will walk you through the preparation of this authentic Mexican dish with a few other tasty treats to enjoy along the way. Start off the experience with delicious traditional and strawberry margaritas. Blend sweet strawberries or sour lime juice with the state spirit of Mexico – tequila – salt the rim of your glass, pour and enjoy.

IT'S SALSA TIME!

After your warmup making the margaritas, it’s time for the main event, salsa! Using fresh ingredients, get hands-on as your chef instructs you how to make the flavorful dips. You will create and enjoy not just one or two, but seven different salsa varieties. Dive into fiery red salsa, tangy green salsa, Oaxacan guacamole, pico de gallo, tropical salsa and a Rompope dessert salsa. There will be plenty to enjoy with the salsa, as your meal also includes gooey cheese quesadillas, potato taquitos and corn chips.
