At Municipal Pier, learn about the region’s earliest landings from Missionaries and Spanish Conquistadors like Hernan Cortez. Once you’ve reached the Malecón, stop at Queen Elizabeth Pier and soak in the stunning view of the bay before continuing your stroll to see the outstanding sculptures that depict the history of La Paz. Once you’ve cooled down from your journey through the city, make your way back to the dock of the vessel or explore downtown at your leisure.

With underwater visibility up to 30 feet, you can expect to see a vibrant spectrum of exotic marine life and of course, sea lions! The local sea lion colonies are quite used to visitors snorkeling, and even though they can grow quite large, the animals are friendly, curious, and playful. Don’t be shy – these marvelous creatures may likely say hello and join you on your fun-filled underwater exploration.
