Introduction In this book you will find everything about staying healthy. Being healthy is not being strong, it is really important. Of course you like to eat junk food. Every body does, even me. I know how to stop, I hope you know how to stop, too. FOOD IS READY There are many different healthy foods to eat. Some fruits are mangos, apples, bananas and grapes. There are also some vegetables like peas, onions and carrots. Sweet stuff is healthy for you for example honey. Do not eat junk food
all the time .You can eat junk food. You can eat junk food but only twice in two weeks. Food is a surviving need without food we would not live. Do not eat something from the floor. GULP…GULP…GULP Gulp…gulp do you hear that? Yes it is someone drinking water. Speaking of drinking water, it is important to drink water .If you drink water you get fluids and fluids keep you healthy. Drink three bottles of water every day. Did you know that water is a surviving need without it we would not live. Other then water raspberry juice is healthy for you . Milk is healthy, when you drink it your bones get stronger and that is healthy for you.
Hey! Time For Exercise People are supposed to be active. Play sports like football [soccer], bowling, swimming, baseball, running and tennis. Do fitness training at least 3 times a week. Without exercise we would be lazy so that is why we need to exercise. When you exercise your body craves water, so you need to drink water while you exercise. Exercise at home. Why Should You Wash Your Hands? Wash your hands to keep germs away. You want to learn how to wash your hands? I will show you how. First wet your hands. Then
put soap on them. Scrub the soap. Take the soap off with water. Finally dry your hands. Don’t Go Near That!!! Some things you should stay away from are on this page. Stay away from street cats. Never go near a yellow lizard with black spots, if he bites you, you might die. Don’t play with something you found on the floor just leave it. Don’t go near strangers they might be sick.
