Introduction Skiing is a fun activity. But you must know what supplies you need, how to stop, how to turn, how to go down a steep mountain, and how to use ski poles. Supplies, Lots of Supplies The se are the supplies you need to ski. You will need 5 thick jacket 2 pair of socks glove glasses 2 long thick pants a helmet if you fall it will protect you and of course you will skies our else you cant slide. Now you’re ready go.


Stop! There’s a Cliff Skiing includes danger. If you don’t learn to stop you might die. Like falling from a cliff, sinking in a freezing lake, crashing in a rock wall that’s all dangerous things. So you need to learn to stop. Make a triangle with you’re skies. You will still move but slowly then you will stop. Bravo! You just learned you’re first lesson. Turn! There’s a Car

Turning will help you avoid danger. If you only go street


and stop you’ll be taking off you’re skies each turn. Imagine that. It would be annoying. So listen to the se instruction. To turn you must put you’re weight on the side you wont to turn. There are bumps on a red mountain The hardest lesson is to learn to go down a steep mountain with bumps. If you go street in a steep mountain you might hurt you’re self. If you go to fast there might be a rock you’ll fly in the air and get hurt. I’ll teach you to go down. Turn all the way to the bottom Do big turns. Pro can just go street. But remember to not go down street in a steep montain.


Poles and Poles One more lesson and you’re a pro. Only use you’re poles when you know how to turn, and how to stop. Or else you would bring poles for nothing. Know were ready to start. If you’re on a flat part you may use push with your poles. On the rest of the trip you don’t need to use them. Now lets go pro!
