Introduction This book is about healthy food. Everybody has to eat healthy food.
Living Healthy How you should live healthy is that you sleep well. The other things rest well too. And you should drink a lot of water. And exercises a lot too. And eat a lot of healthy food. For living healthy eat healthy food. The reasons why you should eat healthy food are because it’s healthy. Why you should live healthy so you can be in good shape. Sleep well, drink lot ,exercise and the last thing is cook healthy food. You could die if you don’t eat good food.
Eat something healthy for breakfast The healthy foods you should eat for breakfast are vegetables to live healthy for breakfast. Eat healthy food so you don’t get fat. Breakfast is something you should always eat. Breakfast French toast, and good. What to Eat for Lunch The foods for lunch are sandwiches with cheese, Macaroni with tomatoes souse, and stuff like that but it has to healthy. There is lots of healthy food for lunch. Food for Dinner Some people don’t eat healthy dinner and they are not vegetarian. However doesn’t eat healthy food is not going to grow. Eat something healthy for dinner.
Snack Time at School Every time at snack time people always eat candy, chips and a lot of junk. Some times I see people eat healthy food. That’s what I want them to do. Sometimes I see people eat healthy stuff for snack.
