CHISENHALE CERAMICS CENTER Jan-May 2019
Chisenhale Ceramics Center is aimed to support and promote creative artists from around the world. Ceramics center idea is based on existing gallery using its functions: experiencing art from theory to production. The decision was to make a space more specific for one type of art which is ceramics. Also, the choice was to add shopping area, so visitors can not only research and look at pieces of art but take some of them home. That will also save peoples time: rather than going to many different places across or outside the city, one place will provide visitors varieties of ceramics products from kitchenware to decorations and tiles. As existing gallery it is also aimed to support and promote contemporary artists. Attracting people to new areas quite hard but the center is aimed to be attractive not only by its multifunctions, but also unique and extraordinary interior look.

9
Main area
The concept behind this design is balancing between chaos and order. To cluster things giving it peculiar and maximalist look, but carefully organizing it in a pattern and balancing with the rest of the space. Creating balance between chaos and order will make space contrasting and attractive.
10
Cafe area
On the ground floor visitors can enjoy free-and-easy atmosphere in a cozy cafe. Cafe has a mezzanine floor providing extra sitting and opening up part of the space therefore making it look bigger and brighter. From cafe through entrance hall people can easly access main area and shopping area where they can access all other floors.
Main walls are clustered with varieties of ceramic products. Chaotic pattern is contrasting with the rest of light the space with ordered rows of seats and columns being a ‘WOW’ factor for the space. This clustered walls technique is also used in the entrance and main areas.

WORKSHOP
Ceramics workshop is located on second floor. It can be used by artists working in the center as well as visitors who want to work with ceramics or willing to learn something new. Workshop is divided on four zones: 2 work zones, exhibition area and classroom for talks or presentations. There are many shelving units which provide large space for storage. Most of the area is done using light wood and concrete that makes space very light and creates right atmosphere for work.

OFFICE & FLATS
There are four flats to rent on the very top of the center which are aimed to accommodate artists working in the center if they want to stay a bit longer at work or if they are coming from far away. So there is no need to worry about accomodations during their stay. There is all you need: comfortable bedroom, kitchen, living room and a bathroom.
Office is a place which runs the whole center. Hiring new artists, renting flats or singing up for workshop - all of it will be managed here. It can be accessed via workshop area and directly from the street as well via staircase or lift. Same as workshop it is mostly done is light wooden colors, but with some strokes of blue which reminds of main colors used in whole center. Ceramic sculptures on some walls also lead us back to the main theme of the place.

AIRBUS CORPORATE PROJECT: IN PURSUIT OF LUXURY
17
Feb-May 2019
Airbus corporate project is a joint project of University of Hertfordshire together with AIRBUS, an European aerospace company. This project aims to create luxury interior for a jet aimed at personal use.
18
The design is aimed on 4 people: businessman (as an owner) and his family or colleagues. It can be used for family travel and for business purposes as well. An entrance corridor located in the nose of a plane (with wardrobe for outerwear) leads to main area. First zone with a big dining table for 4 persons and a TV screen (can be used for business discussions as well) with 2 extra seats that can be used for individual work if needed. Second zone is semi-formal living area with big sofa, chair and a bar with drinks or snacks and big TV screen right in front. Third zone is leisure zone with 3 individual cabins. Inside them there are fold-able chair that can be transformed into bed, TV and a table. There is a toilet and big wardrobe as well in this area. The corridor and lights lead to owner’s bedroom with a queen bed, big TV screen and 2 additional chairs. Also, there are toilet, big wardrobe and shower in the end of a plane. There is a steward’s zone in the nose with bed chairs, personal wardrobe, toilet and kitchen.

LIGHT 48 COLLEGE LANE LEARNING RECOURSES CENTER Sep-Dec 2018
This project is aimed to re-design ground floor in existing library in University of Hertforshire, make it brighter, more welcoming and dynamic providing an engaging environment with appropriate noise migration and segregation for different locations and activities. Areas need to be both welcoming and connected to academic endeavor whilst maintaining security for students and the recourses within the LRC. Space summary: foyer and adjacent outdoor space, welcome area, group and individual study spaces, alcove space, technology suite, private book collection zone.
21
CONCEPT The concept behind this design is to create a light space in term of not feeling any pressure. This can be achieved through organized configuration of space, the use of light and contrasting colors combined with aspiring up textures and floating furniture. The design provides flexible separation of the space by different activities. There are 5 main zones: foyer, main area, media preparation area, computer zones and technology suite. Foyer provides reception and security. There is sitting area that can also be used for events. There is also a cafe where everyone can grab a drink before classes or work in LRC. One of the walls can be used for exhibitions and another one provides a screen where interactive exhibition of students’ achievements can be shown. Lightness in this area as well as in the whole place will be achieved using bright orange and blue colors which are contrasting with light gray and light wood. Welcome area provides access to all floors, information points, book issue and return stands. There are soft benches and seating booths which are floating above the floor for meeting and waiting. Orange stripes on the floor work as a signs leading people to other areas.

FURNITURE ON LEGS 8. NO HEAVY LIGHTS ON LOW CEILINGS 9. TRANSPARENCY 10. SPACE ORGANIZATION 11. ORDER 12. DIAGONAL OR VERTICAL PATTERNS AND TEXTURES HELP SPACE TO LOOK HIGHER
Main area is separated into zones for group, pair/ individual study and computer area. Design of all of the booths is quite simple to avoid students destruction, but at the same creating lightness with contrasting colors and furniture on legs. Main area can be separated from the rest of the space by glass flexible partitions and used for different needs. Media preparation room is divided from the rest of the space by glass wall, due to that space will become more quiet and also can be used for meetings and talks if needed. There are light wooden flexible tables which can be organized in the way students want.

This is a group project of University of Hertfordshire aiming to create a design chair inspired by one of the architectural styles. For our chair we have chosen parametricism - new and modern architectural style based on computer technology and algorithms, which has risen in prominence in the early-21st century. The parametric design approach has resulted in many of the curving, non-rectilinear buildings completed in the last couple of decades. My tasks during the project were managing it, creating 3D model and printing it out. Inspired by nature, the chair was designed in a way to mimic the plant cell structure, the holes in the design allow the chair to ‘breathe’. CONCEPT OF CHLORO CHAIR The concept of this design is leaf cells, chloroplast in biological term. Chloro means green and plast means living. The chloroplast in leafs are organic cells that conduct photosyntesys produces oxygen.
Jan-Apr 2019 Our team 3D printed mini version of the chair, made special packaging, poster, booklet and logo for the exhibition.

Jun-Jul 2019, Essentuki, Russia With a small space, kitchen meets all needs of it’s owner: functionality, comfort of use, ease of cleaning and compactness. The location of all cabinets, their dimensions, height and position of the handles were designed taking into account the individual characteristics of the owner. In relation to the rest of the space all furniture is located in a way to use maximum of natural light. Having very little space and also focusing on the existing tile that the owner wanted to keep, white was used to visually expand the space. The wooden tabletop was matched in color and texture to the existing parquet floor. Also, the white facade of the furniture has a wooden texture that is visible only if you come closer, thereby not loading the eyes.

Jul- Aug 2019, Pyatigorsk, Russia This project was aimed at creating a shelf for musical equipment in the living room in the apartment. All requirements of the clients were taken into account, such as making this part of the room feel less loaded, convenience, ease of cleaning and moving, also considering acoustic characteristics of the equipment. The style and features of the existing furniture and designs in the room were also taken in consideration. Since the room already had enough furniture and the musical equipment itself was quite massive, it was decided to lighten this part of the room with the use of glass. It fits well into the existing interior and it is perfectly harmonizing with the audio equipment. Renders of living room with new glass shelf.
LIGHT SOLUTION FOR HEAVY EQUIPMENT AUDIO TECH SHELVING UNIT
29
These photos show the final result. Since the music tech is quite heavy, it was decided to strengthen the design at the base with two layers of glass. Special holes were also made for good sound transmission from the sub-woofer which stands in the middle. It was also decided to make a construction of 3 parts for convenient transportation and installation of the shelf itself and equipment, therefore providing ease and fast assembly, dismount and cleaning.

CONTRAST This photo project was aimed at showing the beauty of the contrast of our environment and looking at ordinary things from different angles.
39 Often we are passing by interesting places without even paying attention to them, they seem us to be simple and completely not beautiful. But if you look at the usual things from a different angle, then they begin to take on a different look, and sometimes even meaning. This photo project was carried out as part of the foundation art course for international students at HIC College. All that was needed was to look at familiar things from another angle and add contrast to learn how to look at all situations in life from different perspectives, to see how they differ and to find the best options.

Collide-O-Scope Jan-Feb 2019
There is a story behind every business, every industry and every product or service on the market today. This project explores how stories can be used to drive the design process by giving you the opportunity to tell your own story through the production of a small 3D printed diorama.
Creation of 3D printed dioramas is aimed to transfer you own story from your head to something more real, that can be experienced by other people. It was a University of Hertfordshire group project. In the very beginning each member of group came up with his own story to start sketching and understand what we can achieve in a week. After some discussions we have also decided on the size and a shape so we could start modeling. Хylindrical shape was chosen as it’s very comfortably to hold and look inside. Placing our stories inside as dioramas will allow people to interact with it. Sometimes people are very curious and when they take one of a tubes and look inside they will fall into another world of different stories. Also, since this project was made for an exhibition in London (Studio Electrobloom), we also thought of a special stand for our tubes.
Chaotic Monday
Secret garden
Disneyland
3D As there were 3 people in a group we have 3 different tubes with 3 different stories. Chaotic Monday tells us about chaos happening in the office where all people are tying to finish their task before important meeting. Secret Garden tells us about a girl that moved from the countryside to a big city- concrete jungles, she was missing her home so much that she made a secret garden on the top of the roof of the building she lived in. Disneyland tells us a story about another small girl that went to the Disneyland with her mother, it was the happiest day in her life, but unfortunately all this was a night dream.
Accordingly to each story the design and modeling approach was different. In Chaotic monday tube there are two layers one of which made in conical shape to give a feeling of a depth. Also there were made wholes through the shell and inside the computers so the light coming from the outside will light up the computers. For Secret Garden tube I have decided to add some stained glass on the back of the tube with different colors to bring different mood and atmosphere when changing them. From bright sunny yellow to moody rainy blue. These glasses were hand-painted.
