WHAT’S WITH THE TECHNOLOGY?
The world today is full with a lot of people who may be addicted to their personal electronics, such as their Iphone, Laptop, Blackberries, Android, Ipad, and so on. These over-wired people are just so focused on their gadgets, they usually do neglect relationship with other people. John O’Neill, the director of addiction services said that some people might be as addicted as they are to Blackberries and to other personal electronics as drug junkies are to drugs. Communication aids such as texting and e-mail may actually hamper our abilities to have more important face-toface conversation. Even though there's still arguments whether this could be qualified as addiction or not, O'Neill said that a lot of people have taken technology too far, and thus it has become a substitute for all those necessary face to face conversation.

P e o p l e a r e a t t a c h e d w i t h c o m p u t e r s , a n d t h i s could be closely related to a psychological phenomenon. The young child becomes attached to an object such as a crib blanket, and article of clothing, etc. This form of attachment is derived from the influence on our daily lives and on our identities brought about by our interacions with those objects. In the case of computers, interaction is certainly the operatvie word. Whereas our interaction with most object is limited to what we do with the object, and is therefore one-way street, our interactions with computers are two way or multi way interactions, during the course of which what we do to the computer is part of a genuinely interactive process. A British pediatrician and psychoanalyst Donald Winnicott argued that such attachment represent a developmental stage whereby infants make use of an object over which they have control, to deal with and move on from their early a t t a c h m e n t t o t h e i r m o t h e r, w h o i s l e s s u n d e r t h e i n f a n t 's c o n t r o l t h a n i s t h e t r a n s i t i o n a l o b j e c t . Why do people chat more in the internet instead of talking to real people? There has bee n much criticism about what chatting has done in today’s society. Not only it has been accused for replacing proper English with short hand with an almost completely different hybrid language, chat rooms have actually brought the bad impact of dehumanizing society, in many ways. With chatrooms that’s been replacing a lot of face-to-face conversations it is necessary to be able to have quick conversation as if the person was right there with you. So many people learn to type just like how they normally speak. This is when technology starts to be a negative influence for human. Humans are starting to lack the communication between each other, and instead they do chat and talk online more, where they replaced human’s faces’ expression as emoticons, which definitely is not the same.

When a person is surprised, the eyebrows are usually raised. This typically happens as a part of opening the eyes wider, perhaps to see more clearly what is going on. The more the surprise, the higher the eyebrows are often raised. Raising the eyebrows asks for attention from others and can signal general emphasis. Opposite to the dominant lowering of eyebrows, raising eyebrow may be a submissive move or indicate openness, as it lets the other person see your eyes. Raising a single eyebrow is something that only some people can do and can be a bit more wry in its meaning. Another eyebrow movement would be the middle-raised and middle-lowered.
