Student Testimonials Grade 5 Aima, Madinatul Uloom Academy is a great school. I love Madinatul Uloom Academy because the teachers are so nice and they teach us so much new things. Also there are so many fun activities Mahnoor, I am in grade 5 but I have been in MUA since grade 1. For all these years in MUA I loved the kindness and care I received from my wonderful teachers and principals. I love how there in MUA you can make awesome, kind, caring and true friends. In MUA we learn endless things and thanks to our amazing teachers we can understand everything we are taught. I am thankful to my parents for putting me in magnificent Madinatul Uloom Academy. Tala, I am a grade 5 student. I love Madinatul Uloom Academy because it teaches us many things. The teachers love all of the students and are really kind to them. They also have great education

Academy in grade4 and I am so happy that I get to study in an amazing school. I’ve made many wonderful memories here in MUA and not just in primary campus but the whole MUA. I love all the amazing teachers even if they have not taught me they are all fantastic teachers. MUA is an amazing school. it has many things to share with everyone. I love it here. MUA has never let me down. You don’t have to be here many years to know that it is an amazing school Assalam Alaikum. My daughter joined MUA in SK. She loved her homeroom teacher and it reflected in her personality. She used to cry to go to her previous school but now she didn’t want to miss a single day of school. MUA hasn’t just helped her to focus on academics but the teachers being very sensitive to every child’s needs cater to their all round development!! The school adheres to the Islamic principles of upbringing making it easy for the parents to incorporate the same at home. I personally loved the memorisation of Surah Yaseen everyday for all the students this year. Teachers go above and beyond to give equal opportunity to each student making them feel like achievers . JazakAllah khair to all the teachers who have played a major role in my child’s formative years.

Aalia, I love Madinatul Uloom Academy because we have so many fun activities. Our teachers are very nice and our school is very big and amazing

Even as a parent when ever I enter the campus there is a welcoming feeling by the teachers and staff that’s makes you feel your child is in the best of hands!!My little one will join the MUA family this year in JK making our bond stronger for many more years to come inshaAllah.

Zaina, I am a grade 5 student. I came to Madinatul Uloom

JazakAllah khair. Regards, Sumaya Fatima

Grade 12 Angela and Naeema, We are so thankful for our parents and teachers for giving us the opportunity to attend an Islamic school. MUA has created an unbreakable bond between the students whom we can now call sisters. Sadly our journey at MUA has come to an end, but we’d like to thank our teachers who have never given up on us. Over the years we have learned so much, our teachers have changed our perspective on education and have taught us that nothing comes easy. The things we want in our life depends on the hard work we put in. Our principal Sister Nilofar, is our mentor. Throughout high school, she has consistently been there for us and helped us recognize right from wrong. It is such a blessing to be part of MUA and we will truly miss it. Tasnim Chowdhury, I can positively say that MUA had a huge role in making me a better person. The school helped me develop a positive attitude towards my studies and discover more about myself. Teachers as well as our principal at MUA were extremely caring and interested in every students’ well-being. They always ensured that every class was fun, educational and interactive. I had always felt that I was so incredibly fortunate to be a student at MUA, and not at any other private or public schools. What I had admired most about this high school is the friendly and motivating atmosphere. We were constantly supported in our studies. I’m heartbroken to be leaving this year, but I know I’ll forever keep MUA and the staff in my heart wherever I go. Aneesa, As a graduate of Madinatul Uloom Academy, I feel as though I’m obliged to share how amazing this school really is. There’s a common misconception that students who graduate from this school are unable to get accepted to university, but I can tell you first hand that this is quite the opposite. I have been a student at MUA for 6 years, and Alhumdullilah, I have been accepted to the Schulich

An Institution of Commitment and Deliverance

School of Business at York University. I know this wouldn’t have been possible without the help and support from my caring teachers, as they provided me with an education that no public school could ever offer.MARYAM RAHIMI My name is Maryam Rahimi and I am a grade 12 student. I have been at MUA since grade 6 and in September 2017, I will be attending University of Toronto. Along with academics, doing volunteer work is also very essential. Not only are you contributing to your community, but you are also benefitting yourself. Volunteering provides you with experience and skills that will help you in the future. I began volunteering at different organizations and communities as soon as I started Grade 9. Currently, I volunteer at the Scarborough General Hospital. All the volunteer work I have done till today has helped me a lot. It has helped build my confidence and skills. Alhamdulillah at my graduation ceremony I have received an award from the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario for the extra service I rendered to the community in my high school years. I was able to give more than 900 hours and I am still volunteering. I am very thankful and wouldn’t have been able to achieve it without the MUA staff, such as Sr. Salma and Sr. Nilofar.
