THE 300 SQ. YARDS VILLA’S ENTIRE INTERIOR SCHEME WAS UNDER OUR SCOPE. THE FOLLOWING SCHEME WAS UNDERTAKEN: TOILETS: THE VILLAS CONSISTS OF 6 DIFFERENT TOILETS. FOR WALLS, 300 X 450 MM NITCO TILES WERE CHOSEN WITH A HIGHLIGHT WALL IN EACH TOILET HAVING DIFFERENT TYPE OF TILES. FOR FLOORING, MATCHING 300 X 300 MM NITCO TILES WERE SELECTED. COMMON AREAS: ALL COMMON AREAS WERE PROVIDED WITH 600 X 600 MM VITRIFIED TILES FROM NITCO. BEDROOMS: ALL BEDROOMS WERE PROVIDED WITH WOODEN LAMINATE FLOORING FROM EGO FLOORS. DRESSERS: DRESSERS WERE PROVIDED WITH GRANITE FLOORING OF COLOUR MATCHING WITH THE ADJOINING TOILET’S TILES. TERRACES: TERRACES WERE PROVIDED WITH 300 X 300 MM EXTERIOR TILES FROM NITCO.
