Five objectives have been identified under the environmental pillar, related to the construction of sustainable venues, the measurement, mitigation and offsetting of all carbon emissions, using technology to minimize air pollution, the promotion of waste management and recycling solutions, and the conservation of water. Protecting and safeguarding the rights of workers has been a challenge for FIFA and the Supreme Committee for Delivery since stadium construction began, and this is reflected in the human objectives which includes goals around ensuring decent working and living conditions for World Cup 2022 workers and “access to effective remedy”.
The human pillar of the strategy also focuses on the development of a strong workforce in the sports event sector in Qatar, and the empowerment of young people in the region through football programmes .
Social objectives include access for disabled people or those with limited mobility, cultural exchange promotion, accessibility to matches for people from low-income backgrounds, media professionals’ rights, and health and safety provisions for all involved.
To catalyze economic development in the region, the strategy outlines three objectives: enable local businesses to become suppliers for the tournament, transform stadiums into assets for long-term community and business use, and promote the use of adaptable, efficient technology.
In terms of governance, Qatar 2022 aims to achieve certain standards and use systems to achieve its goals. The ISO 20121 sustainable event management system, originally developed for the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games, is being followed to maintain and review sustainability efforts.
FIFA and the organizing committee will additionally apply sustainable procurement and licensing practices, and comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
According to the strategy, the 2022 World Cup will “build a sustainable and lasting legacy that contributes both to FIFA’s vision and Qatar’s national development goals.”
The strategy has been aligned with the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals, with 11 of the 17 identified as the areas where the World Cup could deliver most impact: good health and wellbeing (SDG3), quality education (SDG4), clean water and sanitation (SDG6), affordable and clean energy (SDG7), decent work and economic growth (SDG8), industry, innovation and infrastructure (SDG9), reduced inequalities (SDG10), sustainable cities and communities (SDG11), responsible consumption and production (SDG12), climate action (SDG13), and peace, justice and strong institutions (SDG16).

While growing up, I always struggled to understand and make sense of my experiences, occurrences and events of my life and I was searching for a tool which would enable me to see through darkness, shadows…I think my entire life has been a desperate search for light…I searched for it through my readings of poetry, literature, philosophy, sociology and spirituality…seeking light has been a deep personal quest and also a metaphor in my art…In my artworks, light plays a very decisive role in composition, to generate aesthetic effects and luminosity…I create that beauty through subtle tonal gradations and varied degrees of color saturation…However, at a deeper level, presence of light in my art is not merely an aesthetic component. It is an apt metaphor expressing my entire journey (not to stay stuck in darkness but to take responsibility to move towards light). I can say that I quite succeeded in my endeavor and I could not only see but I also made sense of all the darkness/shadows that I encountered. I could find light and I have also experienced that light gradually and organically finding its way on my canvas. Needless to say that the presence of light in my paintings is much more than merely a painterly fascination with the effects of light. Creating art enabled me to extend my being from a seeker of light to becoming a creator of light as well. It gives me immense joy to share that light with all art lovers through my art.
Most of these paintings were created during the pandemic years. Those were difficult times. Once again, ART proved an antidote to all that was depressive, dark and unsettling…for me, creating art has always been an assertion of my faith in the audacity of life, a means to create some meaning for my existence, an enabling tool to transcend destructive and negative thoughts and experiences. During the pandemic, I was painting compulsively, feverishly, relentlessly and helplessly. Each painting in this series is like a deeply felt prayer ‘Tamaso-Maa Jyotir-Gamaya’.
When I look back at the art created during that time, I felt assured to see the presence of light in most of them. Hence, the title ‘Where There Is Light’.
Nature has been a constant presence in my art. I have a very intimate and personal relationship with Nature. The deep reverence that I have for Nature comes through in paintings. Nature is ever-changing, transitory, ethereal and has immense potential for rejuvenation. As I am drawn to the themes of transformation, renewal, transcendence, Nature is my source to provide infinite visuals to explore and express. Social media showed green, renewed, healed, less-polluted Earth during the lockdown. This series is a deeply-felt tribute to the rejuvenating power of Nature. That Nature is supreme - hope we understand that now.

With my experience of more than two decades of creating art, I have acquired a sufficient degree of skill over my craft. Painting comes to me naturally and organically. I have tried to stay loose, fluid, more expressive and not over-work what was getting created through me to preserve the authenticity of my lived experience.
My art gets influenced by what I am reading and as I happened to read Kandinsky’s writings on art, his thoughts on color, composition, inner necessity, sublime in art affected me deeply, especially his writings on properties and impact of colors blue, green, red, yellow, orange and white. These also represent five basic elements ie air, water, sky, earth, fire which make this Universe. To test the limits of each color was my endeavor. The Universe is infinite and so are the possibilities of exploration in and through art. One lifetime is not enough.

Life skills Education
Should life skill education be given in schools, yes I am in support of it because till today it is seen that when the children completed their graduation they do not understand what they want to become, which subject they should choose, in which line they want to proceed. Till now we prepare students who are totally confused and they understand they are alone in the battle of their life this leads them in the path of depression and anxiety. Also some students don't know what is necessary for them and what is not. gradually they starts getting mentally frustrated, so for this it is very important that we should teach them that what is necessary for living life.
To teach them and to prepare them for the coming time, we must make them aware of the basic things so that they can get directions in the guidance of their life, basic things like giving information about banking and Let them know about the various fields so that then can develop their interst in one of these filed and will get success because majority of the students don't know about most of the professions and their scope. Through this they do not worried about their future but focusing on grabbing the knowledge which will provide them a better tomorrow . Their bright future making them a worthy citizen, because their development leads to the develop of the nation.
Also make them aware that what is necessary for their health, which things can harm them, as in today's time, the habit of drug addiction has become very high among the youth. We should do some programs for students which will protect the youth from the drugs. India is an agricultural country and here 70% of the population live in the village, we should also

make them aware regarding healthy and better life . Due to deprivation of education and hospitals in the village most of the people migrate to other place. Through life skill education we teach them to make that place better and develop that place. Because it is our great irony that our students who are very good in studies get a good standard of living, then they leave their village without thinking about their country and start going abroad. We should teach them that it is our first duty to think about the development of the nation.
Along with this, we should also give them the knowledge that how we should talk to our elders, how we should behave in public and in what way we should communicate our point to others. we should become so strong in ourselves that we become mentor for others. if we give them the daily necessities of life, social needs and mental level. We will be able to build a civilized society.

Music: Boon or Bane?
I agree with this quote by famous singer Paul David Hewson, known by his stage name Bono. Music changes the way people see the world. Even though the exact definition of music varies considerably around the globe, Music can be defined as the combination of vocals and instruments to produce beauty of form, harmony, melody, rhythm, and expression of emotion. People listen to different genres of music (Jazz, Pop, Electric, Classical, Heavy metal, Folk, etc.) depending on the following factors:1. Personality traits 2. Mood 3. Age 4. Environment 5. Circumstance 6. Exposure
Let us discuss some benefits of listening to music:
According to estimates, an average person hears roughly 1.3 million songs in their lifetime. Research done by Statista in the second quarter of 2021 shows the number of music streaming subscribers worldwide

amounts to 523.9 million. Paid music streaming subscriptions have become a norm for music fans, and the market has seen a consistently impressive increase in subscribers over the last few years. This is the amount of craze music fans have. A day without music would feel overwhelming, depressing, and unproductive. Most of us have read or heard about the benefits of listening to music every day.
1. It’s heart-healthy. Research has shown that blood flows more easily when music is played. It can also reduce heart rate, lower blood pressure, decrease cortisol (stress hormone) levels and increase serotonin and endorphin levels in the blood.
-Serotonin is found in many parts of your body: in your digestive system, blood platelets, and throughout the central nervous system. It's also thought to play a role in regulating your mood.
-Endorphins are chemical signals in the brain that block the perception of pain and increase the feelings of well-being. They are produced and stored in the pituitary gland.
2. Music helps in therapy. The American Music Therapy Association describes music therapy as the use of music in hospitals, outpatient clinics, rehab clinics, nursing homes, schools, correctional facilities, and substance use programs to help meet the medical, physical, emotional, and cognitive needs of patients.
3. Music boosts exercise performance. A 2020 research review confirms that working out with music improves your mood, helps your body exercise more efficiently and cuts down on your awareness of exertion. Working out with music also leads to longer workouts.
4. Music decreases fatigue. In 2015, researchers at Shanghai University found that relaxing music helped reduce fatigue and maintain muscle endurance when people were engaged in a repetitive task. Trusted Source
But here's the catch! In spite of music having a huge fanbase and health benefits, there's a dark side to it. The following is a list of disadvantages of listening to music:
1. Hearing loss
If we listen to music at a high volume for long periods of time, or if we play high-pitched instruments without protecting our ears, we will likely experience hearing loss issues and tinnitus.

Your music player at maximum volume can actually be louder than listening to a rock concert. The average rock concert can exceed 100 decibels. This is a whopping 16 times louder than 70 dB. Studies indicate that hearing damage can occur within minutes of exposure to this level of noise.
2. Music can be distracting
A lot of young students do their homework or prepare for their exams while listening to their favorite hits. Adults also adopt this habit during working hours. As a result, they may experience mild memory loss. Adults often adopt this habit during
While some kinds of music, such as classical symphonies or binaural beats, could improve your focus, listening to the radio or to a Spotify playlist filled with all your favorite tracks could distract you from the task you are doing.
In addition to emotional side effects, music can negatively affect your relationships. As a result of sexual imagery in particular musical creations, the perception of human connection is heavily altered based on the profanity presented. There is a risk of relationships being negatively affected, resulting in possible toxic relationships.
The lyrics of any song or music matter a lot. Rap nowadays consists of such elements, including beats. These beats motivate you to indulge in vulgarity which will eventually do more harm to you than benefit. Music of this type releases high levels of happiness
hormones (such as adrenaline and dopamine), the same hormones released when a person consumes drugs like cocaine, marijuana, etc.
So, the question arises, what kind of music should we listen to and what is the optimum level at which we should listen to it?
The following list is the answer to this question:
-Songs with a specific tempo -Songs without lyrics -Songs played at medium or lower volumes -Songs that include sounds of nature
Now that you've read this blog, I hope you have taken some learning away. Do you have a positive or negative opinion of music now? Feel free to share your thoughts in the comment section below. I will see you next time with some other intriguing content. Till then, goodbye.

Environment friendly Role of HR Management
In a dynamic and unpredictable business environment organizations have to continuously fine ways to remain competitive. Corporate Social and environmental responsibility is one way in which organizations distinguish themselves. Changes such as technological up gradation, increasing industrialization have created concerns for doing business responsibly. Organizations are legally required to adopt several environmentally environmental initiatives. However, several organizations voluntarily seek ways to be environmentally responsible in order to minimize their ecological footprints through initiatives in their production processes, marketing and packaging & through the entire product life-cycle. Every management function such as production, marketing, finance, supply chain management as also HR management have started focusing on environmental
protection. HR management has a significant role in translating strategy into practice through HR practices. To further the green agenda of firms, HR function must incorporate green practices in various HR process. Green HR Management is expected to play an important role in facilitating organizations in achieving an edge over its competitors.
Green HRM can be defining as the use of HRM practices to promote the sustainable use of resources within the organization. In Green HRM, HR through its various processes of recruitment, training and development, compensation, performance management etc. is responsible for creating a workforce which understands, appreciates & practices green initiatives of the organization.

Environment friendly Role of HR Management
Some environment friendly practices to stay green are :::
-Green Building: These include some enhanced fractures related to green practices such as energy efficiency, renewable energy, and storm water management. Green building also serves as a platform for financial savings for an organization as its construction and engineering involve low cost.
-Paperless Office: Paperless office is a work place where the use of paper is either restricted or eliminated by converting important official documents and other papers into automated workflows. The practice greatly reduce the consumption of paper, the costs of paper-related actions including copying, printing & storing as well as also save the time used for searching paper documents.
-Conservation of energy: Conservation of energy in the office has the potential for a great environmental impact. In an effort to provide more efficient and eco-friendly services, the HR department can start campaign where the employees are asked to turn off PCs, TVs, ACs, Fans & lights when leaving, to use 100% renewable energy, and introduced solar lighting. HR department can also emphasize upon the travel policy which promotes car sharing and the increased use of public transport to be able to help management & employees trace their own carbon emissions.
-Recycling & Waste disposal:
The corporate world focusses on 3R’s mantra to save the environment which is Reduce, Re-use and Recycle. Recycling is the methodology of processing used up materials (waste) into new and useful products. Recycling reduces the use of raw materials that would have been otherwise used to produce new products. Consequently, this practice saves energy and reduces the amount of waste that is thrown into the dustbins, thereby making the environment cleaner and the air fresher.
Conclusion:
With increase in the levels of pollution worldwide environmental protection is of major concern for people to survive and is one of the topics of growing importance for organizations. Therefore, Green HR management is also one of important and growing concept in HR as it aims towards environment preservation so as to ensure that the environment can be used by our future generations. The further section will talk of how regular processes of HR can be converted to green processes and help in saving the environment.

NOT CHOOSING SOMETHING
Creating new things in any field makes you a notable personality in the society. This is known as an innovation. Every invention needs an inventor to choose something. Every book wants a writer to choose something. Every discovery gets an explorer to choose something. However, a creator must choose something to create something. What happens if people choose the same thing repeatedly? What will be the original and what will be the role of originality? If everybody does the same thing, the world gets nothing in no time.
Consider that if you are writing a story and you need to choose the genre and characters of your story in your mind, how do you choose it? You may choose what you need to write with what you know, but choosing from what you know influences you to recreate duplications with less or no amount of originality in your creation. The right or productive method to create something is not choosing something from what you know. This may sound unclear to you, but it has to be understood by you for creating something in real.
People think that we should read others’ books to write like others, but the true goal of writers in reading must be we should read others’ books to not write like them. It is the only way to produce original works that never become same as others. Coincidence in writing is common but the writers who overcome this challenge may stand strong in the history of language and literature. Their works will be praised for their innovations among the indifferent sociocultural works.
For instance, if a movie director reads a book and makes the same plot or uses the same words of the book in his or her movie, the movie is not considered as the original work of the director. The movie is considered as the novel-movie adaptation

if the book is a novel. So, the director needs to think consciously on not choosing the same things in the book for his or her movie. Elimination of what he or she knows is prominent for him or her to create his or her own movie with what he or she does not know (which may or may not be come to the whole world). This is applicable to artists and scientists in any field of work.
Even though it is odd for human nature in the contemporary era, it has been used in the creation of the world. Creating something with what you know is incapable of being the original creation of the creator.
To eliminate something in your thoughts, you need to gain knowledge of many things. It makes you wise and active. When you know about many things, you can easily eliminate what others did in your own work. This enhances the authenticity of your creation. It is your time to not choose something that you know. You need discriminatory sense for eliminating something in your work to not make duplicates of others’ ideas.
If I have a choice to do something that I know, I do not choose something that I know. Because, choosing what I know knows me very well. I need to introduce myself to the world of what I do not know.
I advise you to know a lot by reading or using any strategies, but never follow what you read. Knowing is better than reading and eliminating is better than knowing. Knowing something is an act but eliminating something is an ability. You need to develop your ability of elimination to make good choices which have no or less space in the world. It facilitates you in earning your reputation. In any case, eliminating the ideas of others in your mind keeps you clean and creative for developing something of your own.

I see you in moonlit nights, Treading the paths of silence..
I see you in lush green meadow, Adding beauty to the land on Earth..
I see you in the purple moon, Setting the night ablaze with your passion…
I see you in the dry desert, Like the only mirage in view…
I see you in the deep blue sea, Riding the waves in glee…
I see you in the azure sky, Like the only streak of heavenly light…
I see you in the white snow, Lending a touch of warm glow…
I see you in the dark nights –The sole source of hope in sight…
I see you in the dark clouds, Edging them with a silver lining…
I see you in the cold winter days, Your arms extended my way.

Because her parents believed her that she would achieve her life. So she hesitated to say her love. Both of them were in love like this. Times have passed. Nilani's parents came to know about the love affair. Nilani's father was very dissappointed. Because from a young age Nilani was brought up by telling about the problems happening in this society about love affair. But despite that they cried that if Nilani did this. But her parents did not abuse her even a single blow . After that Nilani's father called Nilan and spoke. After

because of her age. Not only these people when she went to the hospital for check up even they scolded her. Why did you get married at such a young age? Is all this necessary at the age of studying? But no one scolded Nilan. She was humiliated by them. She considered otherself as a symbol of shame. She couldn't be happier with her pregnancy. It was then that Nilani's father spoke to her. Nilani , no matter what happens you should not give up your studies. You should study again. A woman is proud , only if she lives by her own leg. She should not depend on anyone for her life. And her parents said we will take care of the child. Nilan also agreed to this. Months passed. Then she gave birth to a beautiful baby girl. She brought up the child very beautifully. Two years passed. After that she handed over the child to her parents and joined the college. But she struggled a lot during her studies. Because
on the one hand taking care of the child, taking care of the house work, taking care of the studies. So she was not able to studying and sleeping properly. She suffered a lot physically and mentally. However she was moved by the goal of completing her studies. Then she completed her studies successfully. So she became a woman of record. Her father's dream came true. Those who are used to think of her as a symbol of shame now they think of her as a victory symbol.
Moral : Even if we make mistakes in our life , if we correct the mistake and change it properly so we will achieve and success in our life .

In a spring season.I sat in the Garden. A seed came near to my feet by the air flow.
I took it by my hand, But it look like a pearl.
I'm confused whether it was seed,or pearl. I heard the voice of seed, Said to me to give life to it. I can't able to get out from the shock. Again,Again,Again! repeated the sentence.
I said OK! my dear seed, I will help you to get your new life , What can you give to me?
It is waste of time ,to speak with you, The seed replied to me, That I will give you fresh air.
I'M asked to the seed , By getting fresh air,
What are the benefits to me, It replied to me, because of fresh air! You're still alive and healthy .
If you GIVE LIFE to me, I will give you whatever to need…
Without me ,you can't survive in the Earth. I'm admired in the speech of seed, It was really mesmerized me, I took it , go to may Garden and started to sowing the seed.
I have given rebirth to the seed, It stared to "grownup" and It was really different from other trees and plant ,
I thought and thanked , For a beautiful plant in my garden.

SOMA MUKHERJEE: Marriage does not stop you, Believe in yourself - By Utkarsh Jaiswal
“Always believe in yourself, love yourself, groom yourself, and always keep dreaming or aspiring. Always have a bucket list and keep doing things you love”.
Who says, women after getting married has to look after only her family as a homemaker. Who says she can’t be stand-alone and make her future. These stereotypes thoughts of humans that after marriage, a woman has to look after only her kids, husband, family as a homemaker is now changing with the time. Women are becoming more achievers before or after marriage. Someone once said, “Dreams don’t work unless you do it “. Well, this quote live example is Soma Mukherjee, who not only surpass the ancient stereotype thoughts for women but also become an example for those married women who want to do something in the life of their own and also can achieve more and more things by surpassing own her limits and becoming an example for her age women.
Soma is an artist, writes poems, books, short stories. She also does acting and
acted in few Bengali movies. She also won Mrs. Karnataka, super mom, inner beauty contest as being the mother of the kid. Also being featured in Times of India as a women achiever.
Let see what she says about her journey and what she is planning next and adding things in life –“Hey, I am Soma Mukherjee. I was born in the steel city, Jamshedpur or Tatanagar, Jharkhand. It is a beautiful model town, which is maintained by TISCO (Tata Iron and Steel Company). I had a good childhood among the cosmopolitan crowd, Durga Puja, playing with friends and cycling down the street with my gang.
I was good in my studies and excellent in ECA (extracurricular activities). I studied in DM Madan all-girls school. I represented my school and college in many different contests and won prizes. Another thing was that I could speak or write English very

School. My dad got me many books of all kinds to read, plus my brother studied in DBMS School, ICSE board where the film stars like Madhavan and Imitiaz Ali studies and were his classmates. I used to read his ICSE board books and that helps me to speak and write English so well that within an hour, I could finish my answer sheet. I also started working when I was 16 years old. I aspired to be a doctor but my family was not keen on it so I didn’t do it. Then I graduate from Jamshedpur women’s college. Later I did MBA from NIPM Jamshedpur that had an office in the Russi Modi centre of excellence. While doing my MBA from NIPM, I got married in between. In NIPM, it was very difficult even to get 50 percent. I managed to pass all and the first one in the Jamshedpur batch. I came to Bangalore after marriage. Expecting my first child, I had put on massive weight after my delivery so I decided to knock it off. I managed to lose 18kgs. I don’t diet or fond of gymming much, I like to do dancing or Zumba, I also walk a lot to lose weight. My life has been like a river. I could never plan anything so I went with the flow. But I want to say, always believe in yourself, love yourself, groom yourself, and always keep dreaming or aspiring. Always have a bucket list and keep doing things you love. I worked after marriage. I did work in HR admin, then moved to train. I gave a decade of experience in training. I have
various certifications in training and have trained thousands across campus and corporates. I have trained many campuses in Bangalore and T.N. Amrita University, PES (Mandya, Bangalore), SP Jain, Bangalore, Kolar, SIET (Tumkur), Dayanand Sagar, Reva College, ACS College, Government College’s through NSDC. I trained Infosys, Accenture, and few others.
I wanted to enter beauty Pageants as a challenge so I went to break stereotyping of age, height, body, etc. The beauty business is vain so I did not further proceed for Mrs. India or Mrs World. I just went to prove to others I can do it despite not being slim or tall. In 2018 I won Mrs. Karnataka's inner beauty, Super Mom 2018, and few other contests. This year I won Central mall Miss photogenic beating younger women. I also won few achiever awards but accepted only the one which did not ask for money. Many women I find spend a lot to win contests or to get fake fame. If a woman just goes to win and use it furthermore it's a good platform but many Pageants are fixed so don't be disheartened. Also, be careful of wrong people. Then I first came to Times of India as the brand ambassador of my gym.
I also won few achiever awards but accepted only the one which did not ask for money. I write books, articles, poems, short stories. I won awards for them too. I go as a celeb guest in many events or do branding for many products. I aspire to get into PR and media soon. I got the best corporate

Sometimes things come late but they come if the intent is strong. Also worked for the Social causes video for Cancer awareness, Mission Pani, Zero sick, WEN for women's day, Mother's day for many websites, and u tube channels. Advertorial for Partha dental, Bellandur, and a few more to aware people.
Soma says to all women who want to achieve something in life despite married and having kids – “Always believe in yourself, love yourself, groom yourself, and always keep dreaming or aspiring. Always have a bucket list and keep doing things you love. Women should never give up their dreams and always aspire. Sometimes things come late but they come if the intent is strong.”
Soma did not bound herself after being married but she started to work for her dreams and stand in all criteria whether is being a super mom or model or doing things to aware people, women. She continues to work for the same to full fill her dreams.
She answered the question of what she is now looking for in her future, and says - “I have been a trainer for over a decade so planning to start a business though need a partner and start my blogging and new tube soon “. Being the model and Mrs. Karnataka, she said to people that you don’t have to look like a model face or slip fit or queen. You should feel that you are a model, you are beautiful that’s what helps her to win the contest. This is Soma Mukherjee, a women achiever, from Tatanagar.

Cat-complementary And Alternative Therapies
Allopathy has been around for 100 odd years now with great success in emergency and acute illness.
The ancient sciences categorized in complementary and alternative therapies in medicine have been there before allopathy ;gaining popularity in very chronic diseases, and the failing of allopathy in acute illness ;along with a paradigm shift in human behaviour and acceptance level of alternative medicine as a great complement as well as its uses without side effects,to say the least.
The western world, as always, is sceptical to any other science; other than modern science;surprisingly; the modern times have seen, acceptance level of complementary and alternative sciences;therapies;medicine to the highest level.
So CAT=complementary and alternative therapies; is here to stay and gaining popularity globally; honestly complementing modern allopathic sciences and medicine.
AYURVEDA is considered a part of veda in Hinduism ; very ancient; effective; beneficial;with least side effects; surprisingly scoffed in the country of india itself;but trend setting again ;as it not only complements; but at times proves to be better;so much so;the western world and the whole world has accepted it; as a great healing science; of ancient wisdom, cures, healing; which is the ultimate goal in any treatment.
Perhaps arguably ;as there were probably no modern medicine doctors in ancient times; till Hippocrates oath;invention of stethoscope;discovery of anaesthesia; penicillin ;antibiotics and great discoveries

Cat-complementary And Alternative Therapies
in the modern medicine revolutionized medicine in modern times;the complete-u -turn;paradigm shift again ;to ancient wisdom; cure; complementary and alternative therapies is something where allopathy do not have all the answers.
Allopathy per say is gold standard in emergency department in any hospital in the world ;along with treatment success in acute illness. The complementary and alternative therapies is a long list of time tested cures in ancient times and hold true even in modern times. Sceptism apart ;why then ,is there a shift in getting help from CAT?
The answer is simple. CAT WORKS. Many people in USA are now using CAT to promote health and assist with healing from illness.
Many CAT are based on a theory and philosophy of holism upon which holistic lifestyle is based.
Many combine allopathy and CAT modalities using an integrative approach nowadays with great effect. Holism is a theory and philosophy that focuses on connections and interactions between parts of the whole. Humans are continuously connecting and interacting themselves with the environment. So the body is a unified dynamic whole. Guided imagery has developed fairly
recently and is a trend setter now; in this very stressful lifestyle and pandemic period;with outstanding results.
Nutritional approaches are therapies used without assistance and with great results ;but practitioners and doctors of naturopathy; use them with much greater effectiveness.
It is amazing to note here that many living in USA;retain ethnic healthcare practitioners;as many migrate there ;mostly for economic reasons;but are smart enough not to accept modern medicine and its cost and side effects;though to be fair here;modern medicine has its advantages in certain acute and emergency conditions, without doubt.
The latest is stress managent in modern times in the modern world;more so in urban cities;a lifestyle which demands a lot;hence nervous breakdown;burnout;so CAT has been very useful in de stressing. Stress reduction techniques such as relaxation;yoga;meditation;deep breathing;imagery;bio feedback;massages are just a short list useful in all stages of promotion of healthy lifestyle; de stressing;management of diseases-to name a few.
CAT enhances quality of life and hence is gaining and regaining popularity in an ever increasing world of rat race; chaos; wars; pandemic; climate change-to name a few .

Cat-complementary And Alternative Therapies
A recent survey found megavitamin therapy and prayer ;as the backbone of any household therapy ;and during my world tours;I personally found some form of spirituality immersed in religion ;with CAT at its centre ;as a healthy lifestyle approach.
I found more women prevalent of CAT. People with higher education level;contrary to belief ;that un educated or lower level of educated people ;follow CAT wholesomely. The reason is CAT’s benefits; effectiveness;no side effects ;cost effective;time tested;and now a whole world of complementary and alternative medicine has been established, with great reviews and results too.
Hence CAT is accepted widely now without sceptism and this research paper is here to introduce something which already exists and is practiced and followed vehemently to great results.
CAT falls in these categories
1-Whole medical systems.
2-Mind body therapies.
3-Energy medicine.
4-Biologically based practices.
5-Manipulative and body based practices. Whole medical systems are culturally based.
Examples
1-Ayurveda.
2-TCM-Traditional Chinese medicine 3-Shamanism
4-Homeopathy
5-Naturopathy
6-Chiropractic medicine
AYURVEDA considers the kapha ;pitta ;vata doshasBASIC constituents-balancing the -imbalances in the body.
Treatment modalities include nutrition; exercise;massage;purification etc.
Yoga has been practiced thousands of years in india and imported to the west, sadly a money making trend has also taken place,I am sorry to say.
In reality; it includes the ethical modalities for behaviour and mental and physical exercises ;leading to spiritual enlightment-the end result is peace of mind; in an ever growing maddening materialistic world of power and money;eventually always ending in ruins.Hence yoga and meditation is trending to bring order to a lifestyle needing correction.

So in a nutshellCAT-complementary and alternative therapies are gaining great acceptance in a world; where modern medicine is established and has proven benefits ;but it still falls short and not perfect in many cases;so the answer lies in CAT-which is not competing but complementing and to the discerning patient-a hope to allay anxiety;find a panacea;to reduce symptoms and even cure or reverse the problem.
CAT will stay and be a cornerstone in healing ; curing; treating; conditions and illnesses of physical and mental kind;all humans are faced with today.
In post covid19 pandemic period and climate change issues and wars and intense competition to succeed ,humans try to find a complementary and alternative way of life and hopefully CAT can answer some of the questions,
Yes;no science;or therapy is perfect ;and the way forward is an integrative intelligent approach with artificial intelligence and ancient wisdom coupled with modern science can solve some of the complexities faced by mankind today.

Art as an Universal Language
Her art moves between Arabic abstraction and calligraphic miniatures. She mainly creates with a combined technique (on mixed media). During her training in the field of literature and language, she dealt with the issue of human communication and in that sense became interested in symbols and signs of non-verbal communication. Imitating the first drawings on cave walls or inscriptions carved on old stone tablets, Tahira is dedicated in her artistic work to creating her own visually shaped language through which she tries to convey messages to her audience.
Her artworks are mostly dominated by dark green, as the color of the earth and nature, but also blue, which symbolizes the sky, and some bright colors (such as yellow, red, and violet) that are present to give the contrast to her paintings. At the other hand, grey and sand colors bring some patina into her artworks, evoking the past times. Her paintings are rich of symbols and calligraphic inscriptions that remind us that this artist also cherishes the cultural heritage of Oman.

Spring. The capricious April rain is going. There are few people on the streets due to the spread of the pandemic. From a low house there was a soft muffled voice drowning in the rain of a woman rocking an empty cradle, biting the edge of a handkerchief, crying in harmony with nature. "Death is inevitable," my mother used to say, hugging the baby's diaper for a long time and enjoying the still fresh smell of the baby. Maybe that's why death took her away, and then it took my father away. "Maybe she this fate for my son as well," she said. The woman laughed, then beat the wall with her fist, then scattered a bunch of baby's clothes everywhere, and then hugged the blue diaper tightly and confessed that her son would not return.
The sound of footsteps in the next room prompted the mother to wipe away her tears. The boy, caressing the kitten in his arms, gently poked his head through the
door, the woman immediately recognized the boy (this is the son of her husband's sister).
- Auntie, Mom is calling you. It seemed that even these words of the boy made her feel comforted.
- Okay, now. Moving to different points of her mind, she thought one by one about which way was right, she listened to her inner voices and screams calling her to run away. Madina now realized that it was useless to shed tears, and her last hope was to leave this house, which could not connect her with any feelings. Gathering her last strength, she prepared her clothes, a dusty diploma at the bottom of the trunk, the money saved and the blue diaper of her deceased baby in order to leave that home. She was sure that she had somewhere to go, not where to stay. But she paused for a moment, wondering if she really had a destination...

His soul does not tolerate mourning. Perhaps that's why his body shivers when he sees women dressed in black and blue on the street. Even on the day of his grandmother's mourning, as a grandson, he could not participate in any way. As a father, he could not even bury his child, he could only suffer from alcoholism. It could not be said that he did not love his wife, but his child died because he did not go beyond the boundaries of his mother's rules. And he became thinner and weaker due to drinking. He had something to say to his father that affected male pride, but he could not say them.
In the morning, he couldn't even visit his child's grave, which was covered with fresh earth. Although he felt that death would also lead him one day, but he did not visit his child's grave anyway. When his wife and his sister's son visited the baby's grave, he was still tending sheep in the field, justifying himself by this. He did not want to follow the most ancient traditions, to lose his meadow, as if he himself was stuck among millennia and rusted.
Azimjan, who grew up in the bosom of the steppe, the quiet harmony of the shepherd's life and pure childhood happiness, still did not understand why his
grandmother, uncle and uncle's wife were fighting so much every day, and he had to go with his auntie to visit the grave of his nephew who died of covid. He thought it was always hard for mothers, especially hard for a mother who lost a one-year-old child in her arms. Perhaps that's why he always silently followed his auntie. It was raining heavily that day, and some people, fleeing from the rain on the street, ran to the bus stop, and some to the store that had just opened, thus protecting themselves from the tired breath of spring. Madina, who returned to her child's grave from the cemetery, did not feel the rain, as if the rain comforted her, joining the storms inside her. Less than three months after her child was buried, she went to his grave and prayed for her son.
Azimjan felt that someday his auntie would be happy again and never cry again. And he could not even imagine that his last memory with his auntie would end this way. When they returned home, the spring rain stopped, and the village streets were enveloped in a pleasant smell of earth. The gentle breeze of the warm morning wind pleased the heart, and flowers shining with the rays of the sun everywhere. But then Azimjan suddenly froze and hurried to call his grandmother:

A teacher whose heart is as boundless as the ocean
Essay-article dedicated to my teacher Atouollo Akhmedov
When we hear the word teacher, we think of our dear teachers who taught us. Have you ever wondered how many teachers there are in the world? Do they have a count? No, actually asking this question is stupid, in my opinion. Because as soon as we come into the world, we become disciples. How do you say? That is, when we look at this strange world for the first time with our little eyes, we see the blessed teacher. That is, we see our first teacher, our mother. Every child comes to this world crying, and then the first teacher, the mother, who is an angel of love, reflects all her love in her laughter and teaches us to laugh and laugh at this world full of trials. With her love, mother educates us with love, purity, and hope. Both ordinary nature in the world and life in our destiny is a teacher for us. Nature teaches us beauty, and life teaches us endurance, trials, and faith.
"Knowledge and wisdom make water burn," says our wise people. Indeed, science has such power. And this power is given to us by our teachers who are the rulers of knowledge. When we go to the first school, our teachers, who lead the world of knowledge, teach us who our mother is, who taught us to live for the first time, and what kind of person she is. The nature we breathe, the way we live, teaches us what life is. The blessing of the mother, who is the most sacred person for us, teaches us to write the word "Mother" without mistakes on a white paper with our little fingers. They lead us on the path of knowledge to the future. They introduce us to our great ancestors. They teach the history of our country. The only work that is required of us, and the highest reward for them is to become our worthy students, to find our own way and to be worthy of all the teachers who brought us up.

Essay-article dedicated to my teacher Atouollo Akhmedov
Nothing can be achieved without a mentor. There is no harder work in the world than the work of a teacher. Not to mention the hardships of a young child who knows nothing until he is taught to read and write. Think of the hard work that takes an athlete who has just stepped into the world of sports, or the work and patience of a craftsman who teaches his skills to a young child.
Indeed, finding a good mentor is not difficult, but it is necessary to know where to look. Both his science and spiritual outlook and his parental treatment will always connect you to him. I remember my mentor in any topic or conversation about mentors. My kind and passionate teacher like my father. He always supported me, believed in me, motivated me when I was insecure. He not only gave knowledge, but as a real person he saw me as his own daughter. I love my teacher. I am high because of the efforts of my teacher who always supported me, who was as kind and demanding as my father, who accepted every success and failure as his own, guided me, and gave me encouragement and motivation. I got results and victories.
I will never forget the happy and proud look on my teacher's face when I heard the good news about my first victory during my student and university years. I cried because of happiness, and he gave me a handkerchief and said, "Congratulations, you deserve it, I'm proud of you." At that moment, I realized that I am the luckiest student and the happiest girl in the world. It was a great happiness for me.

India is a country rich in its resources, arts, cultures, history, science and philosophy. Indian civilization is one of the oldest civilizations in the world, and it is a highly developed culture. The history of Indian civilization is deeply rooted in the countries, events and families that ruled India. What distinguishes the Indian civilization is its continuation, while “the Sumerian civilization ended in 2006 BC, the Egyptian civilization ended in 322 BC, the Assyrian civilization ended in 611 BC, the Babylonian civilization in 539 BC, and the Persian civilization in 638 BC and the Roman civilization in 476 AD” and other civilizations. Indian civilization is still full of a large and heavy cultural heritage, with all its religious, social, political, economic, literary, artistic, scientific, material, technical, psychological and moral diversities. Researcher Khazal Al-Majidi believes, “What is striking about the Indian civilization is its distinction in the scientific and religious aspects at the same time, and its amazing richness in the artistic and cultural aspects. Indian scientists excelled exceptionally in mathematics in particular,
and presented in medicine a rare ingenuity that we do not find in the heritage of other people. Their pyramids of knowledge in religion were a source of boundless admiration, especially in the religious beliefs that they had the credit for developing in writing, as religious beliefs and ideas were not developed in any scientific civilization as clearly and explicitly as they were developed in India. Dr. Tharwat Okasha says in his book Arts of the Far East (Indian Art): “Indian art is a complex topic that is difficult to fully grasp. And ruins. And since the study of an effect from only one angle is an incomplete study, so it must be completed by revealing the time in which the artistic effect was found and linking them historically, as well as familiarity with the literature of the ancient and medieval era, and examining the inscriptions written on the walls of temples and various coins and coins throughout the ages that narrate We have the historical succession of the ruling families, their beliefs, aspirations and ideals. history and heritage of India by orientalists or foreigners in general, and even by the Indians themselves. It corresponds to the term Indophilia, which means excessive love for everything that is Indian, especially what happened in the West since the nineteenth century in Germany, so that the common historical roots were planted in the contemporary history of culture and education in Germany. Shows the impact of this civilization and its arts.
The ancient Indian civilization laid and made philosophy the basis for the development of the Buddhist faith in Asia, or in the renaissance of poetry, music and drama in which the poet Kalidasa reached its climax in the play Shakuntla. The sciences spread in India reached the Arabs in the past, by translating Indian books into Arabic, and the country of India was famous before the era of Islam as a country of philosophy and science, and Al-Jahiz acknowledged their progress in astronomy, arithmetic and medicine. And
the book Kalila wa Dimna, which was written by the Indian sage “Bidba” for the King of India “Dabshalim”, is one of the books that has an impact on Arab and international literature. And at the beginning of the Abbasid era, the caliph Abu Jaafar al-Mansur sought the help of an Indian doctor to treat him from his illness. With the intention of treating the caliph, and he was endowed with a high degree of knowledge in medicine, philosophy and astronomy, the Indian doctor stayed in Baghdad, and was able to organize work in hospitals and at the same time train some of the people of the city in medicine and its sciences. Indians are great multi-ethnic people who have excelled in mathematics, ancient and modern, and technology in our time. The Indian subcontinent is rich in its people, civilization, cultures, resources, diversity and colors.

The culture of India, collectively, refers to the thousands of distinct and unique cultures of all religions and communities found in India. Languages, religions, dance, music, architecture, cuisine and customs differ from one place to another within the country. Indian culture, often described as an amalgamation of several cultures, extends across the Indian subcontinent and has been influenced by a history dating back thousands of years.[1][2] Many elements of diverse Indian cultures, such as religions, philosophy, cuisine, languages, dance, music and Indian cinema have a profound influence across the industry, greater India and the world.
Islam and the Indian culture:
The Impact of Islam on Indian Culture Islam Online The Impact of Islam on Indian Culture is the title of the book by the Indian historian Dr. Tara Chand, which was
published by the “Arab Thought Foundation” in a distinguished Arabic translation from the Urdu language, by the Indian translator and academic Dr. Muhammad Ayub Al-Nadawi. The book, which deals with the influence that Islam and Muslims have had on the various fields of Indian culture, was published within the framework of the “One Civilization” series, which is specialized in the “Arab Thought Foundation” in terms of transmitting the most important books from the heritage of other people, especially the Indian and Chinese ones. The book was written by the ancient Indian historian, Dr. Tara Chand, and translated by Dr. Muhammad Ayub Al-Nadawi, which deals with the influence that Islam and Muslims have had on the various fields of Indian culture. The author, who is an expert in Indian religions and has a wide knowledge of the history of Arab-Indian relations, tries to review the ideas that were exchanged, as if by osmosis between Muslims and Hindus, and chronicles the cultural, social and religious practices arising from the influence and influence of this intellectual interaction. He believes that exchange between people cannot be limited to trade only, as commodities carry thought and culture with them, and commercial exchange cannot but include cultural interaction, but rather this exchange itself leads to intellectual and civilized interaction.

Although Arab-Indian relations can be found by the Arab reader in various traditional and modern Arab books, what he finds in the book The Impact of Islam on Indian Culture cannot be found in any other work written in or translated into Arabic. The value of this book lies in highlighting the intellectual pulse that the author touches on Arab-Indian relations. The book does not exclusively discuss the impact of Islam on Indian culture, but rather examines the mutual influence and influence between the various Indian religions. Perhaps the most important thing in the book is that the reader, whatever his religious beliefs and affiliations, quickly realizes that religious fanaticism is the opposite of faith, when the author shows it with the eye of reason and understanding, that belief in God is the essence of all religions and their common denominator, and that belief in God means standing up from all religions. Religions at a distance. The reader of the book is amazed, when he discovers, through what the author presents about religious beliefs in India, the depth of philosophical thought in these beliefs. The author believes that the culture of India is “a synthetic culture that derives its strength from the ideas of different systems, and embraces in its orbit the beliefs, customs, rituals, institutions, arts, religions and philosophies that belong to the various classes of Indian society in its various stages of development.” If religions
are half of them worship and half of them are transactions, then the treatment itself is based on the teachings of the essence of worship, and reveals its essence and essence, and it Is what brings people closer to each other. This is what distinguished the Muslim merchants and, before them, the Phoenician merchants, who carried with their trade and goods their religious beliefs to various parts of the Mediterranean basin, and established kingdoms in them without using weapons other than human treatment.
Indian Education:
Education in India is provided by the public sector as well as the private sector, and control and financial resources come from three levels: central, international, and local.[1] Under the various resources of the Indian Constitution, free and compulsory education is provided as a basic right for children between the ages of 6 to 14 years and the ratio of government schools to private schools is 75%.

India has made progress in terms of increasing primary school attendance and expanding literacy to nearly three quarters of the population in the 7-10 age group by 2011. The improvement of the education system in India is often cited as one of the major contributors to its economic development. Thanks to many public institutions that have achieved a lot of progress, especially in the field of higher education and scientific research. While enrollment has increased dramatically over the past decade. The gross enrollment rate was about 24% in 2013, and there is still a long way to go to higher education levels in developed countries. And a challenge that will be necessary to overcome in order to continue reaping the democratic dividend from India’s young population. At the primary and secondary level, India has an extensive system of private education which is complemented by government run schools. Whereas, 29% of students receive private education in the 6 to 14 age groups. Some post-secondary
technical schools are also considered private. The private education market in India was about US$450 million in 2008, but the US is expected to be about US$40 billion. According to the Annual Report on Education 2012, 96.5% of all children living in rural areas between the ages of 6-14 were previously enrolled in school. This is the fourth annual survey to report enrollment above 96%. According to another report, in 2013, 22.9 billion students were enrolled in various accredited urban and rural schools in India. From a medium to very large class, which represents an increase of 23% of students compared to the rate of enrollment in 2002, and an increase of 19% in the enrollment of female students. While in terms of quality, India is approaching public education, the quality of its education has been questioned, especially in its school system government. Some of the reasons led to the poor quality and include the absence of the attendance of its teachers about 12.25% of the teachers every day. Indian states have introduced a system of tests and evaluation to identify and improve these schools. It is important to clarify if there are private schools in India. They are very interested in terms of what they can teach, what format they can operate in (it must be non-profit to run any accredited educational institution) and all other aspects of the business.

The distinction between public schools and private schools can be misleading. First of all, it should be said that any people, any nation, which sets itself the great goal of establishing a free and free life and a just society in its country, will go through a difficult, difficult and complicated path of development. Undoubtedly, during the years of independence, historical works were carried out in the way of building a new

As a sovereign country, our country has taken a worthy place in the world community. The foundations of modern statehood were created in Uzbekistan and the foundation of the constitutional system was laid. The processes aimed at abandoning the authoritarian system and establishing a democratic society, the complex and dangerous period itself has put various problems and tasks in front of us. There were cases where our knowledge and experience, will and determination were sometimes not enough to solve them successfully.
New Uzbekistan means, first of all, new economic relations, a new economic outlook. Therefore, the economic system of our country is being completely reconstructed, no matter how difficult it is, we have started to implement market mechanisms in practice. Today, the most important directions of our economic strategy are to improve people's wellbeing, people's living standards, create new jobs, sources of income, reduce
poverty, improve our villages and cities. Building a new Uzbekistan means to continue our path of independent national development at a new stage by further studying our recent and distant history, our unique and unique cultural assets, relying on them.
During this short historical period, great reforms and fundamental democratic changes aimed at building "New Uzbekistan" were implemented in our country, and the foundations of a new Renaissance - the Third Renaissance period are being created in Uzbekistan, relying on the great power of our people. In particular, the Concept of the Development of the Higher Education System of the Republic of Uzbekistan until 2030 serves as a prelude to new reforms in this field.
Today, new higher educational institutions and branches of the world's leading universities are being established. For example, in the last 5 years, 47 new higher educational institutions, including branches of foreign universities, were established in our country, and the number of higher educational institutions reached 125. Non-state higher education

institutions are being established on the basis of the public-private partnership system. Based on the opinion of the population, part-time and evening forms of education have been restored, admission quotas are being increased. The rate of inclusion of school graduates in higher education increased from 9% in 2016 to 25% in 2020. A mechanism has been created to ensure that professors-teachers can improve their skills and undergo internships in higher education and research centers abroad. Their monthly salary Compared to 2018, it was increased by 2.5 times on average. Since this year, 10 higher education institutions have been transferred to the self-financing system. The number of state grants allocated for higher education has been increased by at least 25%, the number of grants for girls from needy families for admission to higher education institutions has been doubled to 2,000, which has further expanded the scope of higher education coverage. One of the most important innovations in the education system was the transfer of 65 academic lyceums to higher educational institutions in order to strengthen the cohesion between
universities and the lower levels of the education system, as well as the attachment of 187 technical schools to related universities and branch enterprises.
So, to conclude, the reforms in the field of education today are no less relevant than the reforms in other fields in terms of their relevance and practical importance. Because it is the demand of the time to continue the reforms in this field on a larger scale. In the 21st century, which is called the age of information technology, development of science and creation of innovations in this regard has become a vital necessity in order to bring about high progress in all aspects of life - industry, construction, chemistry, agriculture, textiles, mechanical engineering and other fields. This process is now recognized in all developed countries in the world. Special attention is paid to this process in our republic.

I can’t reach you, you are miles away, but those cool leaves from lambent lotuses that penetrate you are mine.
I want to capture them for ever in the overcast sky and give them my name. When I feel lonely, to take heart of your smile, to create in my mind two sacred worlds. When I hear you, to become a river of molten brass and flow with the words that jump out of your lips; to gather them turning them to sweet arrival to dedicate it to you at night just before I fall asleep with you figure gravened on the maps of mind that magnetizes the poles of soul. A beam of light I become for you that I desire, impetuous passion, and if you ever come to touch me, then I will surrender without a fight, without hesitation…

Whatever I lost, then they returned to me, I have lost everything as soon as saw you.
I hate you standing on the Earth and ground But my love from those heavens is true.
Don't blame me, please, that's it, and enough, The stones I threw at me, that's all. Please, keep safe my eyes in your ones, Those are my tears in yours after all.
You made me feel sorry, oh, you dear loves, It's yours. Take my good-natured soul. Maybe it can be the last day, tomorrow, Death will say the last word to everyone, all.

The fascination of learning the global language
Are you up for learning to earn or earning to learn? What makes you learn English in a country where the language may not hold any official status? How has your desire to pick up a new language impacted your life ever since you started your linguistic journey?
There are far greater number of queries which may have already rattled around your head in respect with English learning for too long. Regardless of the type and nature of responses one can receive from an international language learning community, it is always sensible to scrutinize the learners’ motives, the linchpin at the center of one’s learning efforts. To illustrate, I was raised in a non-English society in which every other respective resident is either bilingual or even trilingual. Having been exposed to multiple languages on a single neighborhood or in a city has certainly
offered me its added benefits in store. Perhaps the best advantage was the chance to gain original insights to the rich tapestry of life’s matters. However, the purpose of learning English is debatable universally as some view it as part of forceful requirement to retain his/her hold of vocation, while others take it intrinsically to find satisfaction in the overall activity. Is speaking several languages truly capable of transforming us as an individual or a professional? That can be even more critical question on top of the aforementioned ones, although the answer remains fuzzy for diverse language learning experiences may not have always paid off reasonably. Obviously, mastering a lingua franca can be a ticket to global integration for some these days since the world is shrinking down to a global village in an ever-increasing pace. However, for others it is still a challenge to find common

The fascination of learning the global language
ground in communicating in English, in world’s most popular language. While your aims and goals of boosting your language competencies may vary, it is advisable to make the most of your learning experiences. As part of my employment obligations as a full-time English teacher I have come across students whose intentions of learning the global language were all too extrinsic, parent-driven, and above all less fulfilling. To them English meant the means to achieve their much-coveted career related or monetary targets rather than a source of enjoyment or yet another reason for happiness.
My exhilarating journey of English is largely attributed to passion, and excitement which collectively led to a high level of proficiency. The more I levelled up, the more fascinating the experience seemed. The more I immersed myself in it, the more I felt like I owned it as dear as my mother tongue. English has transformed me both as an individual and a professional thanks to which I have become the person I am today with a large network of international acquaintances, like-minded professionals, experts, scholars, wholehearted team of volunteers and you just name it. However, it has come to our attention that language learning may not necessarily become an exciting path to those seeking the accomplishment of goals like financial gain, securing placement or simply amassing a fortune. In the modern world of job market, we tend to submissively adapt ourselves to
those of employers’ demands but rarely do we care about the significance of deriving sheer joy in the course of activity.
Today’s youth are more realistic and practical than their forefathers’ generation. The nurturing of their critical mindset has been accelerated by the advent of high-tech and social media which is inundated by plethora of themes and news to be appreciatively digested on a day-to-day basis. They may find it quite easy to question the validity and practicality of acquiring certain life skills amongst which language learning is surely the trendy one. They have concrete goals attached to their mastery of skills, and knowledge. The downside, however, is that the youngsters despite their sharp reasoning skills may still not have discovered the pleasure of learning for the sake of fun. It is suggested that more engagement and fun may lead to positive outcome as compared with strenuous and painstaking learning habits. Therefore, inculcating or further fostering of intrinsic motivation in language learners is vital to rediscover the beauty and charm of entire experience.
The author will leave you with few more questions for reflection at the end of self-exploratory findings presented to you through this article. What are your aims of learning the global language now? Has your experience been satisfying? Will you continue to learn for the pleasure of proficiency or the purpose of payment?

Mother, please, don’t let me go, Frown on me, do frown, well. Do fasten me to your threshold, I do cherish your feet as my eye.
Mom, please say: “Don’t go, dear” Life is running! So fast run away. Pulling back, the heart cannot bear, Before taking seventh step on way.
Do throw my gifts from the window, Which I haven’t preferred to myself. Tell to bring the appropriate one, There is no one greater than a mother.
Why don’t you say: “I’m old and fragile, Brew a tea yourself”. Do say it. From delicious meal that you put, For me, take one piece, you too eat.
Don't smile saying farewell, Let your face make me sleepless. While being missed by her mom, Your girl’s genius, but ruthless.
"Have you come for two days?" she asked, Always wonders how I am, that’s all. And I have left without looking back, But the heart is bleeding after all...
Don't forgive me if I make you miss, I will spread on way what I find. Instead of weeping, grieving, I will open the door next to you.
I’ll bake bread, plant basil, Satisfying our thirsty, mom. Poetry too…whatever happens, Let's grow old together, mom...

There are professions in the world that are more fun than hard work and more difficult than success. Selfless work of mentors can be compared to this. Indeed, it is the hard work of these professions that help us gain knowledge and reach the pinnacle of perfection. Thanks to the wise knowledge, education, and heartfelt lessons of the teachers, we grow and take our place in the society. In the words of our grandfather, Hazrat Navoi, even the total wealth and treasure of the world cannot repay their noble work. The 21st century is the age of specialists with high intellectual potential, modern knowledge and skills, a new outlook and independent thinking. The service of mentors in raising such a generation is incomparable. Teacher, coach, mentor. These simple words, which are close to our hearts, have a great meaning and content. After all, every person becomes literate in the hands of a teacher, receives education and training from a mentor. Today, if we take up a profession and serve the country and people, it is natural that we should be grateful to them first of all.
Every year in our country, October 1 - the Day of Teachers and Coaches is widely celebrated as a national holiday. Indeed, no matter how much we honor and respect the teachers and coaches who are working to raise the young generation to be perfect people, we have little respect. It is worth admitting that the hard but honorable work of these nobles is appreciated - it is a bright expression of attention and care for the future generation. In fact, a person always keeps a sense of gratitude in his heart towards his teachers and coaches, who first of all opened the way to the world of knowledge and enlightenment, and who took pains to instill in his heart the feeling of high human qualities. TEACHER, TEACHER, COACH! At the core of these words, a selfless person who devoted his life to education has the meaning of the universe: the spiritual parent of all; ilmu leads to enlightenment, spreader of knowledge; best friend and guide; a source of love and humanity; an intelligent expert in his field; criterion of justice and truth. Teachers are respected and their services are commendable. Due to the honor of independence, attention to teachers-coaches in our country has increased.

Try to think in your native language, speak clearly, and keep your speech free of foreign elements. Wherever and whoever, mother tongue should not be discriminated against. Language is not a seasonal garment, it is changed according to the change of weather, motherland, motherland, nation are each one, mother tongue is also one. If you don't want to be dumb and foreign among your own people, study your mother tongue thoroughly. Lift it on your head. A person can be knowledgeable in another language, but can only be fluent in his own language. Language is a sacred and honored concept, as dear and respected as his mother for every person. Language is the beginning of life. A person begins to understand new concepts and relationships with the help of his mother tongue. The mother tongue is instilled in us by mother's milk. As a person grows up, he increases his vocabulary by communicating with others and reading fiction books. The history of our ancestors, our national and spiritual values have been inherited by our mother tongue. The history of peoples is the history of their language. With the development of the state, the
state language also develops. The main sign of people's independence is their mother tongue and national culture. All the countries of the world strive to preserve their native languages, therefore, any country has special respect for its cultural heritage and native language.
Since language is one of the main characteristics that distinguish nations, everyone should know their own language, respect it, and at the same time respect the mother tongue of other nations. Only then will the value, reputation, and prestige of the language and nation increase. The history of the language, the process of its formation and development from a normative point of view cannot be studied without the history of the nation. In order to reach the level of highly developed countries and be competitive, it is important for the citizens of Uzbekistan to know international languages. Uzbekistan must know the state language.
No one should ever lose respect for their mother tongue. Respect for the language is respect for the people. A nation that does not have its mother tongue cannot be a country. The owner of the language is the people, but even if one representative of the people is indifferent, the purity of the national language will be damaged. Language is a symbol and property of the state. If the language culture is not followed, the national culture will be

For this reason, the scope of work to inculcate the essence of this great event in the minds of the future generation, to further strengthen their love and loyalty to the mother tongue, is expanding year by year.
