Minimum Requirements

- At least 2 to 3 years buying experience in the FMGC industry,

- Grade 12 certificate

- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially excel

Job Specification

- Forecast stock requirements, source and negotiate best prices and discounts.

- Place Purchase Orders manage back orders and ensure timeous delivery

- Maintain records, returns, supplier claims and resolve disputes.

- Accurately cost and capture delivered stock.

The position reports to the Warehouse Manager

Minimum Requirements

- At least 3 to 5 years in warehousing and leading a team.

- Grade 12 certificate, fluent in English & Afrikaans.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially excel.

- Have an excellent understanding of warehousing and stock control in FMGC environment.

Job Specification

- Accurately receiving and dispatching products according to company procedure.

- Leading and coordinating a team to efficiently manage warehouse functions.

- Work with management to improve and implement systems and procedures.

- Work closely with procurement to communicate expiry dates, and action cycle counts as requested.

- Co-ordinate efficient collection of Buy-outs.

- Co-ordinate basic fleet checks and maintenance.

- Ensure training certificates & licenses are up-to-date and maintained.
