Cream Cheese Frosting Fabulous with chocolate or carrot cake. Makes a great cupcake frosting. Ingredients: 3 oz. Cream cheese Ÿ c. Butter 1 ½ tsp. Vanilla 2 c. Powdered sugar, sifted Directions: Let cream cheese and butter come to room temperature. Beat cream cheese, butter, and vanilla until creamy. Gradually add powdered sugar; beat until smooth. Variations: o Once cake is frosted sprinkle with nuts, jimmies, shredded chocolate or your favorite topping.
