What is kids YOGA? Yoga is a wonderful way for kids to learn to enjoy movement and to begin taking responsibility for their overall health. Teaching yoga to kids is a rewarding experience in which you have the opportunity to make positive and lasting changes in the lives of kids. We currently offer both an online kids yoga training program and an in-person program.
