**Summary** Smart mold was designed, the mold absorb energy and return to it s original shape after extraction of the sample , the inner surface was machined and polished . the inner surface is treated by irradiation to change the microstructure of the inner surface without any change in external surfaces, the oils is used in lubrication is analyzed into gases and contain airbag system . it help the sample to extracted easily with very smooth surface. The invention has been transferred to industry successfully in manufacturing of composite materials. Composite materials are considered as one of the most important industries in 21th century. The cost of that industry is concentrated on mold manufacturing. It is expensive relative to its low lifetime. The mold design and quality affects the size, shape, surface finish and amount of losses in the final product. The above disadvantages may be overcome by manufacturing a new type of mold
**Advantages of the new technique** The mold is made from iron with 2% carbon. Heat treated the body of the mold by heating to temperature 700:1000C and water cool The inner body of the mold will be irradiated by lasers (IR –lasers) The mold is lubricated with heavy oil to facilitate extraction of the final product without distortion. The system reduces the machining process to the minimum level, improve surface finish and reduce losses. It has a reasonable price relative to its life time. The mold has different shapes and round corners.
