(Transformation from solid state to gas state directly). The laser parameters such as power and intensity are controlled to control the particles sizes. The process is done under vacuum in a strong magnetic fields. The magnetic field has a variable magnitude and constant direction toward the collection and separation cone. The repulsive force resulting from the magnetic fields helps the particles to collect. The unit is suitable for industry, medicine, and laboratories

The new method is suitable for all types of materials (plastic, metal, ceramic) at the same set up. The laser beam parameters such as (wavelength - intensity - energy - power time) should be controlled to match the characteristics of the ablated materials. The magnetic field parameters such as (current - intensity- direction – magnetic field strength) should be controlled to match the particle size. Use of magnetic fields in gathering of material prepared. The laser beam is used under vacum and the laser irradiation direction and intensity does not affected bz magnetic field. The new technique is compatible with the environment because it does not use any chemicals may change the properties of the ablated materials * The system depends on the complete separation between optical elements and sublimation chamber to avoid any contamination may affect the efficiency of the laser source and optical components. The internal electrostatic coating of the sublimation chamber prevents any adhesion of the ablated particles The new method is relatively economic and suitable for preparation of reasonable amounts suitable for industrial applications. The mechanism used in the movement keeps the bulk material (ablated material) in focus by velocity sensors and control unit.
