Importance of Training The Job Information and Placement Cell (JIPC) was started during 2003-04. Since then, various Organizations were invited to conduct Campus Selections for the final year students. During these Processes, it was noticed that the students of our College needed that extra bit which makes them to stand among those who are a cut above. Keeping in mind of this, and also the need of the Corporate, the financial incentives to the next- generation, a Special Training was started to train those interested final year students who voluntarily join. We all know that we live in a global village. Today to excel here, liberated mind, globalizing attitude and effective high speed communication and to have a global contact are a must. As it is noticed, many have good knowledge, energy, and capability but because of no Communication skill, their career progress may not reach the expected height. In present scenario, waiting for the job to happen to you has gone. Instead, it has to be grabbed. To do this, verbal CV should make such an impact that it should convince someone in 90 seconds to hire you. Along with this, as Stephen R Covey puts it, most of us tend to think we see things, as they are, that we are ‘Objective’. We see the world, not as it is, but as we are OR, as we are conditioned to see it. When we open our mouths to describe what we see, we in effect describe our perceptions, our paradigms, and ourselves. When other people disagree with us, we immediately think something is wrong with them. But, sincere, clearheaded people see things differently, each looking through the unique lens of experience. Hence, attending Good Trainings are a must. Because, these trainings will show how easy it is to change all this - to become more effective and confident, in other words to, alter the self-image.
