_06 TRANSFORMER “Transformer” is a multifunctional mobile center that can operate as a stage, computer lab, library, exhibition and etc. Traveling through regions of Armenia, it stops in different cities’ public places, offering a unique and free platform for participation into discussions, processes, and education around cultural and socioeconomic topics. After protests against illegal construction in Mashtoc Park, the importance of a platform which could move easily around and raise awareness by bringing up discussions became clear. The main concept was taken from cultural palaces, which existed during Soviet Union times, all over the country.
