MAY 7, 2022 CITY ELECTION: VOTING INFORMATION AND IMPORTANT DATES

The City of Nassau Bay will conduct a General Election on May 7, 2022. Nassau Bay residents will be asked to vote for Mayor and Council Positions 2, 4, and 6. These positions are currently held by Bob Warters, Phil Johnson, Bryce Klug, and Matt Prior, respectively. To view all the candidate applications and related forms, please visit www.nassaubay.com/election.

Register to Vote: The last day to register to vote for the May Election is April 7th. Voter registration cards are available at the Harris County Clerk's Office.

Voting by Mail: The last day to apply for a ballot by mail is April 26th (application received, not postmarked). Eligible voters should receive their mail-in-ballot for the May election in mid-March.

Early Voting: Harris County will be conducting the City’s election. Early voting will be conducted from April 25th to May 3rd. During the period of early voting, Nassau Bay residents can vote at any Harris County polling place. Dates, times, and locations will be updated on the City’s website or can be found by visiting www.harrisvotes.com.

Election Day: Election Day is Saturday, May 7th. Voting will be held in the City Hall Council Chamber from 7:00am to 7:00pm. Unofficial tabulation of results will be publicized as soon as possible after 7:00pm on May 7th. Just an FYI: When you go vote, you can bring a marked sample ballot or a Voter’s Guide into the voting booth with you.
