Pastor Earlyn Baillou accepted “the call“ to the sacred ministry on June 12, 1989. Realizing “the call” meant for one to be equipped for service Pastor Baillou enrolled at Lee College Cleveland, Tennessee. Pastor Baillou graduated in 1993 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Pastoral Ministry. Pastor Baillou continued his education and enrolled in the Church of God Theological Seminary, graduating with a Master of Divinity (M.Div.) Degree in 1996. While studying for the undergraduate degree Pastor Baillou worshipped at the Michigan Avenue Church of God and became the Associate Pastor there, under the leadership of Pastor Ed Tatum who is now deceased. Pastor Baillou received credentials in the Church of God, Cleveland, Tennessee as an Exhorter and Licensed Minister.

Upon graduation from seminary Pastor Baillou and family moved to the Island of Abaco. Pastor Baillou served as the Senior Pastor of Dundas Town Church of God for five (5) years. Pastor Baillou is now the founding Senior Pastor of New Rehoboth Ministries International (N.R.M.I.). N.R.M.I. is a multifaceted ministry that began more than sixteen (16) years ago. Born November 23, 1961 to Horatio and Hazel Baillou in High Rock, Grand Bahama. Pastor Baillou is the fourth (4th) of five (5) siblings. Of note, he is the second son in Pastoral Ministry. Pastor Baillou attended the High Rock All Age School and furthered his education at St. Anne’s High School. The move to the island of New Providence to attend high school was as a result of a teacher who took note of his potential (“Teacher Dean as he is affectionately called”). Pastor Baillou graduated from St. Anne’s High School at the age of sixteen (16) and returned to the island of Grand Bahama where his first job was at the United States Missile Base in Gold Rock Creek.
Pastor Baillou knows beyond a shadow of a doubt that God has called he and his family to the Island of Abaco. Pastor Baillou has served the community of Abaco in many areas. Being the Man of God Pastor Baillou is, he is fulfilled when men, women, boys and girls come to the Lord Jesus Christ. When they realize and walk out their assignment in the kingdom. During his time in Abaco, the Bahamas and the United States, Pastor Baillou has experienced numerous men, women, boys and girls giving their heart to the Lord Jesus Christ. Pastor Baillou is a Marriage Officer; Marriage and Family Counselor, along with Anger Management Counselor for and with the Department of Social Service. He is also on the Juvenile Panel since 1999 and a member of the Board of Advisor for Every Child Counts School in Marsh Harbour Abaco. In August of this year Pastor Baillou will have completed twenty-one (21) years of Pastoral Ministry in Abaco. “A Man of Influence, A Man Empowered for His Time.” One who is bold in his proclamation of the gospel of Jesus Christ. A man full of wisdom, a man who fears God therefore he has knowledge and understanding. Pastor Baillou is committed to his immediate and extended family. Pastor Baillou is blessed to have both of his parents alive. Both parents and siblings have supported and encouraged him in ministry. Pastor Baillou has been married for over twenty-nine (29) years to Joan nee Cartwright. Joan, is also fully involved in the ministry, pulpit and media. She has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Intercultural Studies and is presently an Instructor at Every Child Counts, Marsh Harbour, Abaco. Sis. Joan is prophetic as well as a teacher of the Word. Pastor and Sis. Joan are the delighted parents of one son, Earlyn “Issachar” who is twenty (20) years old. At present he is pursuing a career in the United States.

Apostle Benjamin Smith is passionate about serving to inspire people of the Bahamas and the world to submit to the laws of God and restore the “Kingdom of God on earth as it is in heaven.” Apostle Smith has been described as one of the most anointed men of God who operates in the five-fold ministry. Apostle Smith’s commitment to inspire unity and the culture of ownership is effectively facilitated through his discipline in education and as a scholar in bible. Apostle Benjamin is a graduate of Deliverance Bible College in Dunlap Tennessee, where he obtained his diploma of Evangelism and Missions. He is a graduate of Palm Beach Atlantic College in Florida where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Music Education and has also obtained many certificates in areas of Leadership Training, Spiritual Protocol, just to name a few. As preacher, teacher, evangelist and covering for several churches in the United States & Internationally, Apostle Smith has traveled to more than 35 nations of the world equipping, training and activating believers in their gifts and call to the Kingdom of God; He is very instrumental in training, equipping & mentoring many in the areas of Kingdom laws & principles, international missions, music
& fine arts, church & business leadership, apostolic and prophetic prayer & deliverance ministries. His prophetic utterances and counsel has been given to many government officials locally and globally with accuracy. Training for secular and kingdom citizens are facilitated through Kingdom Training Embassy Int’l. Apostle Benjamin Smith has spoken the word of the Lord and given counsel to many Government Officials globally with accuracy and clarity. Apostle Dr. C. Clifford Smith III was born and raised a native Bahamian. He is the eldest son of the late Rev. Dr. Charles C. Smith and Mrs. C. Jacqueline Smith, former Senior Pastoral couple of the historic Zion Baptist Church, Nassau Bahamas. Zion was the place of Dr. Smith’s early Christian experience, where he answered the call of God, and from whence he set out in 1984 to pursue a career in Christian Theology and Ministry.

In 1989 Dr. Smith earned a Certificate in Ministerial Studies, majoring in Clinical Pastoral Education, from the United Theological College of the West Indies in Kingston, Jamaica. He then proceeded to Louisville Kentucky USA, where in 1992 he completed a Master of Arts in Christian Education, specializing in Staff Development and Educational Administration, from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. Continuing his studies, in August 2002 Apostle Smith earned a Master of Divinity from Christian Life Theological Seminary, Columbus Georgia, and in November 2009 Apostle Smith obtained a PhD in Organizational Leadership from McHari International College. Dr. Smith was ordained on June 30th 1989 by the Zion United Baptist Convention under the then Superintendence of his father the late Rev. Dr. Charles C. Smith. Later that same year in September, he was appointed a Marriage Officer for the Commonwealth of the Bahamas, and worked for Zion as a Marriage Counselor and as Minister of Christian
Education until October 1998. He is currently a Justice of the Peace in The Bahamas, which enables him to serve as a Magistrate when the need arises. Apart from being a powerful bible expositor, conference host, and lecturer, Dr. Smith is also a musician. He holds a London Royal Schools of Music level 5 Certification in classical piano, and is a song writer. Under his father’s ministry he served as one of Zion Baptist’s churchorganists and pianists in the 1980s, and when Zion started its first Praise & Worship Chorale in 1993, Dr. Smith was the Director. While in Louisville Kentucky, between 1989 and 1992, he served as Minister of Music at First Baptist Church, Jeffersontown, and also at the St. Paul Missionary Baptist Church. He still enjoys playing and singing to this day, and he is still a stickler for the music being right. Today at Southside Christian, even though he is Senior Pastor, from time to time he goes over to the instrument and leads in congregational singing. Presently, Dr. Smith serves as Senior Pastor and Co-Founder of Southside Christian Church, a church well known for its Spiritfilled worship experiences, and breakthrough prophetic-intercessory events. He is married to Prophetess, Dr. Judy L. Smith, and they are the proud parents of two wonderful children Kaitlyn and Caleb.
