LIVING YOUR VALUES AND BELIEFS

Strong Foundations

Values determine how we show up as individuals and as an organisation. This workshop explores why values impact on the way the world views us and how relationships are ruled by them. You will learn how to align personal and organisational values to operate strongly as an organisation.

REPUTATION IS EVERYTHING Reputations are built by the experience others have of us. This workshop shares why it’s important to consider the multiple facets of reputation building. Your team will learn how to ensure that every touch point enhances the reputation you want for your brand.

AGREEMENTS VS EXPECTATIONS Life operates on expectations rather than agreements. This workshop highlights how we can regularly feel let down by our expectations of others. Awareness of Self and Others

CREATING POWERFUL HABITS Habits are the foundation of business growth or decline. This workshop encourages reflection on our habits and why it might be faster and more efficient to create new positive habits rather than break bad habits. You will learn about how habits are formed and stick and work on some habits of your own.

DECISIONS DECISIONS Making decisions is good for our brain, releasing dopamine and lowering cortisol. This workshop shares why knowing how we make choices, helps us to make cleaner decisions. You will explore how to identify decision making weak points and what strategies you can apply to overcome them.

TRANSFORMATIVE CONVERSATIONS We deal in conversations everyday and yet often talk is considered cheap. This powerful workshop looks at how to motivate through conversation. It gets people doing what they say they will do and turns tricky conversations into transformational ones.

Self Care Strategies

To be great in business, requires feeling great in ourselves. In this workshop we will explore why we need to fuel ourselves in different ways to grow strong. You will learn how to create a simple daily practise/routine that supports all aspects of our wellbeing.

BREAKFAST WITH ADDED JOY The most important things in our life score 10/10 AND we all know that we should eat a good breakfast! This is the session where you reflect on what's important to you and enjoy a nutrition packed boost. Learning how to choose your 10's will enable you to incorporate more of what brings you joy into your life.

WELLBEING INCORPORATED Taking care of our wellbeing supports resilience and innovation. In this workshop we explore why it’s important to take time to reflect and process where we are in our satisfaction levels with our wellbeing. We learn how to reflect in a simple way so that we can take immediate action to live more vibrantly. PiP to Grow Strong 2019
