AN INVITATION
In 2014 I was invited to Liberia with an international group of coaches. We were visiting the country to run an education programme for 300 + teachers, to distribute filtration systems to remote villages with no access to clean drinkable water and to complete a school building project. And that is what we did, yet we experienced so much more. I decided that when I returned I would be leading a team in their own transformational journey. The ebola outbreak prevented an immediate return trip, so instead I took a team to Ecuador, where I deepened my understanding of the connection between powerful service and transformational leaders. Now, with the country clear of ebola, it is time to return to Liberia and you are invited. Join a group of extraordinary leaders and experience your own transformational journey.

This is Emmanuel Wragboe. He has a big idea to build a school for orphans in his local community of Grand Bassa. My conversations and developing relationship with Emmanuel is a leadership journey in itself as I choose to serve him, not help him, in the realisation of his big idea. What is your big idea?
