HOW? During a 10 day experience you will be part of a powerful group of leaders exchanging ideas and value with local entrepreneurs, community project leaders and schools. Within the container we create, there will be opportunities for you to explore your own leadership style, notice your response and grow.

This is Emmanuel Wragboe. He has a big idea to build a school for orphans in the community of Duwehn Town, Grand Bassa. Together we are realising his big idea. Our conversations and developing relationship with Emmanuel and the community is our own leadership journey as we learn how to best serve in the realisation of their Big Idea. It is not an understatement to say that for those we serve, lives will be impacted for generations.

YOUR LEADERSHIP TEAM Simon Crowe: For nearly 15 years I have been taking leaders on life-changing adventures into their heart and soul and helping them connect to their deepest purpose. This is my 5th leadership journey to Liberia and what keeps taking me back is my commitment to liberating the Heart of leadership and my belief in the power of service as an agent for transformational personal growth.
