Chapter 1 Martin Luther King “I have a dream today” Martin Luther king once said. Martin luther king jr. was a person who fought to make blacks and whites equal. He made a big speech, he lead a group that inspired colored people to not take the bus, he lead protests, sit-ins, and marches. Why are kids now allowed to mix colors of skin and back then they weren’t? Why are people risking their lives to make big speeches about slavery or segregation? Well Martin Luther King Jr. was one of the people who tried to demolished segregation.

Chapter 2 Bus Martin Luther king was inspired by Rosa Parks to lead people and inspire others so they won’t take the bus. After a year people stopped segregation on buses.Â

Chapter 3 Protests and sit ins In 1966, Martin Luther King, Jr. began a protest in Chicago, Illinois. He wanted to help black people in Chicago who suffered from no jobs, bad housing, and poor schools. He wanted to stop the unfair rules that kept black people from living in many neighborhoods. With King leading them, many black people marched through white neighborhoods to let people know about this unfairness. Angry people in these white communities threw bottles and rocks at the marchers. Chicago officials promised King that they would encourage fair housing rules if King would stop the protests. King agreed to stop, and the Chicago protest ended.

Chapter 5 Having This Human right He was the person who inspired blacks to share their ideas mainly because of this one speech. This is right is very important because the colored feel left out and different in a bad way and were poor and they were pretty much the boss of them and they could not change it unless they fought for life. They have the universal declaration of human rights to protect this but Why is this still going on then? Human Rights are not just words on a page they are reality you and have to make them one.

Chapter 1 Mahatma Gandhi “Freedom is not worth having if it does not include the freedom to make mistakes�Gandhi Mahatma Gandhi is a brave man who fought for human rights for all people, mostly freedom, he educated lots of people using Satyagraha, Satyagraha was a use of nonviolence protest to fight against freedom and human rights, he also send letters to the government, telling people about what he believed, traveling around the world and told many people about his issue. Now all of us have human rights and we all have freedom but when Gandhi was small their weren’t, only certain important or powerful people some rights, others suffered. Why is it that so many people were put in jail for speaking their minds, when did it became ok for one person to have everything and be the boss of everyone? no.1
Chapter 2 Life time Gandhi believed that the way people behave is more important than what they think. his parents are Hinduism and taught him about some of values ( beliefs) these include vegetarian, non-violence against other living beings and tolerance with people around all races and beliefs Gandhi spend 21 years protesting against racism peacefully in south africa After he got put in jail they won widespread support, and people got a few rights He went back to india and became an indian independence movement and got put in jail many times, when gandhi was threw in jail lots and lots of his supporters were surrounded to demand his freedom.

Chapter 3 Being the leader Gandhi became the leader of India, now Gandhi is very significant for leadings his country’s people in nonviolent ways to fight against Britain’s Rule of India.

Chapter 4 Having This Human right Human rights and freedom is important, we all deserve to be treated the same everyone is human, if Gandhi didn’t try to stop this then who will, who knows many long this is still carrying on without his help, we are lucky that we are not born in times like that, being free a basic human rights no one is the boss of you, you can’t be the boss of anyone, you are no one but yourself. This right is protected by united nations, the right to freedom is one of the universal declaration of human rights.

Message for all readers These man tried so hard for us to live in a better world, we thank them for what they did, there are so many more significant people out there trying to make a difference, those people are real heroes not like ones in a cartoon they are in reality, almost all of use try to fight for freedom, segregation, human rights and apartheid.
