THE WHOLE IDEA Take the challenge It is a huge challenge I have gone on the diet for 30 days to see how it feels to do it for life. It is tuff but not impossible. The whole idea of this book is to give you an idea about what is actually on your plate. Not only does this vegan diet help your body but it also makes a huge difference to the world. How hard it is....
I could say being vegan is harder than I thought all the delicious foods like cheese, cake, chips, pizza, milk, yogurt, beef, lamb chops and many more are pushed away then veggies and fruits come in to replace it all. Watching my friends eat all that also made me want to quit but I didn’t. I ventured on with my passion. Thursday, June 12, 14
The rules.... Rules of being vegan are simple no meat, no diary, no products of any type of animal and no refined sugar.
How I felt..... For a few days I felt hungry and tiered and just out of my head. After a while I started to get used to all the meals. I also realized that before I didn’t really need to eat all that diary and meat. I can live happily with out it.

Ingredients Oats Raisins

Choice water / soy milk Step 2 Step 1 First take your bowl and fill it up with as much oats as you want. Step 3
Add water or soy milk your choice. Then pour as much as you wish in the bowl with the oats.
Then add some raisins in. After that you can put the bowl of oats in the micro wave for 1minute. If you prefer to eat cold then you can do so. Thursday, June 12, 14

Step 1 Step 3 Take your pot then fill it Then take your bowl of pasta and put up with water and bring the tomatoes, pine nuts and olives in. Pesto Pasta it to a boiler. The put the pesto in and mix it all up. Step2 Ingredients Tools Step 4 Take the pasta then put it Then put it in a bowl and take your Pot Pesto in the pot then let it boil knife cutting board and and cut the olives for10-12 minuets. How to make a tortilla You heat up your tortilla, and then, add black beans, rice, avocado mix, diced tomatoes, lettuce and sautĂŠed bell peppers.
Favorite desert Fruit salad
