Character Building of the Destitute A Much Needed Obligation Several children lose their home and land up in the streets. The shelter homes like the National NGO do their best to give shelter to them. It is not just only a lip service that is offered to such children that come under their care. Everything that is needed to reestablish them and give them a good life is done. When a child is in a family generally it is the parents take care of all their needs from providing the basic needs like food shelter and clothing to the additional needs like education, healthcare, and character building. Among all these needs the last one stands out as all the others can be fulfilled with spending some money but for character building, the parents need to give quality time to the children and teach them firsthand the lessons of life. This goes a long way in building the character of the child. Such children become good citizens and are able to achieve so much in life and also help build and develop the society.
The deprived that are under the care of the caretakers at a shelter home also need such character-building apart from the fulfillment of all their needs. At National NGO care is taken that such life lessons are imparted to the children.
This helps build their character and also gives them life lessons they need to learn in order to be responsible citizens in the future. These deprived children lose not only their home when they are orphaned but also a lot along with this loss. This loss has to be set right so that these destitute get a home and also the love and care they deserve. It is this love and care that goes a long way in making them true humans who can help shape a good and responsible society. If such impoverished are left to them they may end in some crime dens and become anti-socials. To circumvent such state of affairs it is our obligation to help such needy and rundown children so that they can learn a few lessons in life and live a responsible and independent life in adulthood.
