Drop Your Insensitivity and Turn a New Leaf Out Of the Forsaken Hundreds of children are orphaned or abandoned on a daily basis. With no other option to get rid of the hunger pangs, they resort to begging. Even begging may not yield good results and they may have to go hungry for many nights. Over and above that at the tender age when love and care should be bestowed upon them, they get abuses leave alone pity and sympathy. Thus an easy route of crime unravels in front them. Several become victim to this and the number of criminals increase just in our vicinity. We who are well sheltered and well fed do not give much thought to this and just ignore such deprived and unprivileged. It is such callousness on our part that leads to creating more criminals. If we give a little thought and do a good turn the life of so many depressed ones may turn a new leaf.
So what is this good turn? Whenever you see some rundown child or one who is cast out instead of turning a blind eye call up some authority or an NGO and let them know about the sad plight of some dispossessed child or an adult too. The organizations like the National NGO will take an immediate action and get to work to take such deserted and forsaken children under their care. They will be
provided with the necessary food, shelter, and clothing no doubt but in addition they will be given medical care too. This is the need of the hour. In their destitute condition, these children would have had some malnutrition and also may have caught some deadly or infectious diseases. If left to fend for themselves they may become sicker and may spread the disease to others. Then attempts will be made to counsel them and then eventually to provide good and necessary education to them. This will, in turn, make their life better. Just from the state of just surviving they can lead a better and useful life. It is a good turn from the likes of you that one soul was rehabilitated. Just imagine if every neglected and derelict child gets the support they have a right on how better our society would be and the amount of crime also will diminish from amidst us. Indirectly our insensitivity leads to the increase of crime and we are not even aware of this. So let us spread awareness and make our society a better one.
