Acro - 2 highs: Beginner level of acro balance. Acro - Hand 2 hand (B/I): Bases: general upper body strength. Flyers: can get into a handstand shape. Acro - Hand 2 hand (I/A): Flyer should have familiarity with their handstand shape. Acro - 3 highs: Day 1 - No pre-requisites Day 2 - Should have experience with waltzes and back climbs Day 3 - Should successfully have put a 3 high up and down Day 4 - Solid 3 high out of lines Aerial Rope (I/A): Be able to invert into a straddle and hip lock. Aerials - Petit Volant: Must be comfortable hanging with own body weight. Prior aerial experience is advantageous but not essential. This is open to first time flyers! Aerials: Trapeze - Dance (BEG): Feel comfotable with spinning. Can lift own body weight without assistance (on and off trapeze bar). Aerials: Trapeze - Dance (INT): Comfortable spinning. 1 arm hangs. Single knee hangs. Invert in the ropes. Aerials: Trapeze - Doubles (BEG): Basic trapeze experience, ability to hang by arms and lift legs overhead to the trapeze bar, ability to hang by knees on the trapeze bar and reach up to the ropes. Aerials: Trapeze - Doubles (INT): Intermediate solo trapeze skills, ability to beat over to front balances, ability to do a chin up, ability to lift straight legs into a pike under the bar, ability to hang by ankles in the trapeze. Aerials: Trapeze - Static (ADV): A background in some form of trapeze. A level of competence with long hang beats (hanging from hands. Preferably able to do 3x chin ups. Preferably able to do 5x leg lifts (with straight legs). Aerials: Trapeze - Swinging No previous swinging trapeze experience required. A background in static or dance trapeze is preferable. Need to be able to climb a 4 metre rope. 1x chin up required. Must be able to hang from knees on a trapeze. Should be able to get from hanging under the bar to sitting and standing on the bar. Comfort with heights is preferable. Leg guards advised. Chair handstands & stacking: Capable of holding a handstand or headstand for 10 seconds. Handstands (INT): 20 second free hold. 1 minute wall hold. Handstands (ADV): 1 minute free hold. Performance - Mentoring: Work in progress performance excerpt or clear concept. Physical comedy & clown: Be great for adults with some stage time already who wish to gain more experience with clown and physical comedy. Pitching - Basket (BEG): A good attitude, and a willingness to learn. Pitching - Basket (I/A): Solid foundational skills in basket - confident straight jump recatches. Flyers: comfortable handstand on floor, backsault on trampoline. Ideally come as a base pair or a trio with a flyer to ensure reasonable groupings are met. Pitching - Swing (B/I): A good attitude, and a willingness to learn. Pitching - Swing (I/A): Solid toss understanding - comfortable sit and natural swing, comfortable 1/4 turns in swings (attending previous toss lessons for this understanding is fine). Ideally come as a base pair/trio with a flyer to ensure decent base/flyer ratio. Tumbling - Hard floor: Handstand forward roll, Handstand pop, dive roll (over own hip height), roundoff, Cartwheel both sides. Wheel - Straight line (B/I): Must wear shoes. Participant height much exceed 150 cm. Wheel - Cyr (BEG): Must wear shoes. Participant height much exceed 150 cm. Wheel - Cyr (INT): Continuous waltz control (12+ steps). Coin/small spirals. Cartwheels/big spirals. Half-Turn.
