Cabin Laminate Flooring Warranty
National Tiles warrants our Laminate Flooring against manufacturing defects and the stated performance criteria herein and will remain an integral part of the flooring system for the period of the warranty for the relevant period provided.
The benefits conferred by this warranty are in addition to, and not in substitution for, any other rights and remedies given to consumers in relation to the goods under Australian Consumer Law and are subject to the following terms and conditions.
Please note:
• Warranty applies to floors installed in accordance with the relevant National Tiles Laminate Flooring Installation Instructions.
• Warranty applies to floors maintained as per National Tiles Cabin Laminate Flooring Care and Maintenance Guide
• Warranty applies to residential and commercial indoor applications only.
• This warranty is not transferrable and applies to the original purchaser only. The only exception to this is where a builder or developer was the purchaser, in which case the warranty may be transferred to the owner of the residential property within 6 months of purchase of the flooring.
• Warranty applies to new, first quality flooring
Abrasion Warranty
National Tiles Laminate Flooring protective wear layer will not wear through to the decorative layer from household abrasive wear. Scratches, dents, chips and gloss level variation or reduction are not considered abrasive wear.
Structural Warranty
National Tiles Laminate Flooring will remain structurally sound and not delaminate for the period of the warranty.
Fade Warranty
National Tiles Laminate Flooring will not show noticeable colour change due to fading from indirect/filtered sunlight or household artificial light for the period of the warranty
Stain Warranty
National Tiles Laminate Flooring will not show noticeable staining due to spillages for the period of the warranty.
National Tiles Laminate Flooring Warranty does not cover: Damage or performance issues in relation to:
• Improper installation (Please refer to the relevant installation guidelines)
• Exposure to excessive direct sunlight.
• Exposure to excessive water/moisture
• Abuse or improper maintenance (Please refer to the Cabin Laminate Flooring Care and Maintenance Guide)
• Repairs, refinishing or reinstallation to the original manufactured product.
Labour charges or any associated rectification costs.
What if I have a claim and how do I make a claim?
If your National Tiles Laminate Floor fails to perform and you are satisfied you have followed the warranty guidelines and associated installation and maintenance guidelines, please contact our Quality Control Dept at QualityControl@nationaltiles.com.au to arrange an onsite inspection.
