When a type 2 diabetes patient hears it’s possible to reverse diabetes and stop all medication, the excitement is palpable. Physicians hesitate to stop or reduce dosages because too often physicians and patients alike see a disappointing outcome when a patient tries to reverse their diabetes but never seems to achieve it long term.
